La Cascada Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Ceres

Waitresses were VERY rude. Food was, well OK would be a polite way to describe it, it's hard to f up cheese enchiladas (hello? tortillas cheese and sauce), yet, still....very mediocre, I think actually the worst Mexican food ive ever had and I do not usually ever encounter a Mexican food restaurant I don't like... the waitresses were extremely rude and unattentive, the place was EMPTY and TWO of them could not be bothered to wait on us, sar literally at the next table and clearly were looking over at us and laughing just chatting it up ( conveniently, for them, in Spanish) the WHOLE time and I think checked on us MAYBE once (again all the while they're sitting literally at the table in front of us and the restaurant is completely EMPTY, I think maybe one other patron in the entire place) I never write this kind of stuff but I was so disappointed, 😞 Just the worst service I've ever received and the food was, frankly kinda awful :/ sorry guys...

My family and I came here because our regular Mexican restaurant was closed. I ordered fajitas, I get ice cold rice and whole beans were just thrown on the plate. I ate one small bite of the rice and one small bite of the beans both were horrible. I ate half of one fajita taco and couldn't bring myself to eat any more. The chips they gave us were the worst Tortilla chips I've ever had. Now the bill comes. The bill they gave us charged us 14% tax and I asked why. The manager takes it and comes back and says actually it's $7 more. Your boys got a refill. 1. We never asked for a refill, 2. It says on the menu that sodas have 1 free refill. I love going to La Cascada, they have great food...but I will be looking for a new Mexican restaurant. Ever since becoming a mom they tend to push us out as fast as they can....even when the restaurant is empty and my daughter is behaving. They never offered me a refill on my drink,they offered my husband one refill but never a 2nd one...never asked if we were ready for our receipt before handing it over, after she did give us our receipt she stopped waiting on us...we were considering getting desert, but when she handed over the receipt I honestly didn't feel welcome to stay for desert. We are very disappointed...
