Ordered $1500 worth of Orion Subs from Elite Auto Group on 4/20/25. WHICH IS THE PARTNER OF BIG 5 ELECTRONICS. I called them as well but they refused to help me either. I check on the shipping number i am provided with UPS, and it says a label was created, but they havent recieved the package. After a few days with no updated shipping information I called customer service, only to be given the false information that the UPS carriers that pick up these high value packages do not scan them in. So therefore once they have “been picked up” no one knows where they are until they arrive at the UPS facility to be shipped out. Also, that they could not tell me who the carrier is that supposedly picked the package up because “theres a few different guys that do it.” I confirmed this was false information with UPS. The packages must be scanned in once they are picked up. Where he also informed me that my package was in fact not in UPS possession. As of 4/28/25 with no updated shipping information, I called to speak with Elite Auto Customer Service again, only to be told the same infomation, and to be told my package was not in the facility to wait another 24 hours. As of 4/29/25 the customer service department is not answering the phone. And they apparently do not have a voicemail set up. This has been a terrible experience, and this company is not offering to do anything to resolve this issue, let alone bare minimum communication when I reach out.    Read moreReally Bad Experience, I've tried contacting the Company multiple times for B2B transactions, after the 4th time calling, Leo picked up, it was 2:00 and I had to ask repeatably if this was the sales division I was talking to (for some reason he gave me a bit of trouble thinking I was a consumer) and told me he couldn't sell to me. After I had repeated myself for the 4th time, saying I was calling from a corporate number and was interested in buying large shipments for my business, his demeanor slightly changed, but told me I should talk to the owner? He showed no interest in selling to me or working with me. It didn't really make sense since it was nowhere near closing time and the email he gave me was fake, plus, they're website email fails everytime you try to shoot them a message. While waiting for the refund or store credit I had a wreck and was in a coma gor a few days so my focus was elsewhere.
