DO NOT GO HERE, worse service you can have, the lady taking your order, doesn't not comprehend the order you are requesting on your food, instead she is giving what she wants, even you let her know you're allergic to the ingredients, and not only, that she try to pocket the money, when you pay, and you ask for the change back. Very rude, screaming and making false accusations, when she's the one making the mistakes. Of making the customer have food poisoning to the allergies of the ingredients. The owner instead of interfering, acted like nothing was happening, or said if need help, he allowed the cashier to harass the customer. They specialize in Gorditas and they definitely make a quality Gordita. Super flavorful, the salsa reminds me of the one my mom makes. They have tons of options too, vegetarian (rajas con queso), pescatarian (shrimp and papas), etc. The chorizo and papas and the chile verde were delicious. I love this place. La Baja is super convenient for all my truck drivers. This is the best place to get your food. Parking is super convenient. The service is top notch. They will get you in and out.
