16 washing machines out of service. Dryers require an app to use while the washers require change. The change machine (there are 2,) tells you to use the one on the left. Is it broken? Like the majority of the washers? It is clean-ish inside and restroom was clean. Cost is comparable to others. Dryers were efficient. Fix the broken machines, maybe I will return. Staff is very nice but this business makes them struggle! Need to do something about machines...Either fix or replace. Its been at least 4 months with the same machines down! Only have about half of washers in service here. Very difficult to get a washer to wash clothes during non peak hours and you can forget about peak hours! This business needs...
