The beginning of my experience here was great because I purchased a couch and was able to pick a delivery date of my choosing!
I called the store 2 weeks before the intended delivery to check in on the purchase. They told me the couch was out of stock...obviously this made me irritated because I already purchased the couch in full (including the $100 delivery fee).
They claimed they would get back to me and never did. So I had to call them. They said they found 1 couch left, but could not deliver it... I have a small car so there was no way I could pick up the couch myself.
They gave me a random number and I was in charge of calling and scheduling the delivery with some out sourced person... i was required to pay this person in cash and thus reqeusted a refund from the store for $100 delivery fee i already paid.
I planned the delivery for my apartment move in and the the guy was a flake. He kept scheduling a time to drop off the couch and wouldn't show up. This happened 4 times, and we waited around for two days for him to show up. We called the store to check in with Rex (the manager) multiple times and he was no help. He just said we had to call the driver again.
FINALLY after 5 attempts to get the couch, the delivery guy shows up. He left a huge scuff on the wall in my apartment and broke off a piece of railing in the building hallway.
Overall DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. The manager was not helpful at all. And the delivery guy couldn't care less....
Read moreI bought a $500+ couch like a month ago and it already collapsed. Also they sent several messages begging me to give them a 5 star review on here so don't trust their rating here.
Edit: It's now been over a week since the couch broke and there is no sign of them actually doing anything about it. I don't have the biggest house so I've just had a broken couch taking up space for an entire week. Everyone I talk to contradicts each other. The person they told me to contact below hasn't responded to my most recent email after several days.
Second edit: They should be replacing it today, and while trying to find the actual manufacturer of the couch on their website, I noticed they simply removed my 1-star review of the specific item. So, this company pressures people into giving 5-star reviews as soon as they make their purchase and also deletes negative reviews on their actual website, therefore tricking people into thinking their items are better received. I absolutely would not have made this purchase if I realized they were manipulating their website - this is total fraud. And, obviously, I don't want a replacement couch when it's clear that it's just going to fall apart again, but they refuse to refund their...
Read moreWOULDN'T RECOMMEND, one of my worst experiences with ordering furniture. First they said it'd take 4-6 weeks, then it ended up being around 8. Constant problems with the order & nothing to make up for it.
Next, there was last minute fees when I called to schedule delivery. $75 just to drop it off, not even including putting it together. Then the driver tried to charge me extra fees for bringing it up the stairs, during the call for drop off I asked about it being brought up the stairs and wasn't told about more fees. Then when trying to get a refund they try the store credit bs, the last thing I want to do is shop here again & deal with the delivery and extra fees.
Glad I FINALLY got my order, but there's definitely a lot better furniture places to buy from. I wouldn't recommend buying here unless you want to wait 2 months, then pay extra fees.
Edit: on top of everything else my dresser is missing pieces as well as my headboard, now I have to wait to see if that can even be fixed or if I have to wait 2 months again.
