Illini Mattress Co — Hotel in Champaign

We've needed a new mattress for a few years. After making several stops at the big name stores like Denver Mattress, Mattress Firm etc. we landed at Illini Mattress. We were greeted promptly within seconds. Our salesman was Ed. This guy knows his business. His scientific approach to what we needed was awesome. He has a wealth of experience. We were treated with respect, not talked down to and made to feel very welcomed. He was and continues to be a complete delight to deal with. My wife and I felt like they were there to help us - it wasn't about "making a sale". We purchased our new mattress and platform and had it delivered and setup for us. That was another great experience. The two young men that handled the delivery did a great job. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had making ANY purchase. It's taken me a little while to get used to the new mattress and I've made a call or two to talk to Ed looking for suggestions and received the same level of customer service. I could not be any happier. The best experience buy a long shot for my sleeping needs. I'm a customer for life. I will not even entertain looking or purchasing...

Wonderful experience. Cole was very informative about the selection of mattresses. He helped guide us through the 8 different mattresses that would be suitable for us given the information we gave him. Loved there was no pressure in buying and we were able to spend as much time as needed deciding what we knew would work for us as far as comfort. I strongly recommend any one in need of a great quality mattress to visit their store. You can't put a price on comfort. I purchased from a furniture store and wasted my money. Won't make that mistake again. Their guarantees are better than the place we purchased our other mattress. A company that stands behind their quality of product means a lot. They specialize in mattresses not like a box store is one reason I chose to go their, and other were the reviews. They have great quality mattresses and I urge everyone to check them out before you purchase another mattress your not happy with and wasting...

Cole, the employee that helped me, is an amazing human firstly. Secondly, was completely transparent and honest with me. Worked with my body type and budget, didn't try to upsale me, just gave me the straight facts to get what works for me. Highly recommend shopping with this local family owned business! I know this may sound like a paid review but I genuinely was amazed at the quality of service and prices. I went to American Freight afterwards to shop around on pricing and while their beds may technically be cheaper, they have a worse selection AND I was quoted $100 for delivery. You know what Illini Mattress Co quoted me? $10. It used to be free delivery in town, but with gas prices as they are they had to start charging. In that $10 they will completely haul and install everything. You're essentially paying the same price and getting an inferior product, that doesn't make sense.
