I order a big box dinner which includes 2 pizza, breadsticks and pasta. One pizza was specially made for the ones that doesn’t eat pork. I placed my order online. I received a medium pizza with half pork and half beef which didn’t serve no purpose because PORK is touching the NON PORK SIDE. So that was a waste. They sent cheese sticks that was actually good and the creamy Alfredo pasta was dry with no taste to it. I called to let them know that the order was wrong and was told I was lying and that I had place what I had received. The 3 people I spoke with claimed to all be supervisors were very rude which led to a shouting match but I wasn’t getting off that phone until I proved my case. I was told to look at my confirmation email and read out the order which was the INCORRECT order.. After being called a liars in so many words I ended up asking if there was an email that I can send my PROOF to because my computer screen was still up with the correct order on it. Once I sent them a screenshot via email with the correct order and amount I paid there was a moment of silence and I could only imagine the dumb look on their faces. Why would I call and make an big issue if there isn’t one. I’m not that delusional. Anyway, I was told the only thing they would be able to do is refund me my money which would take up to 10 business days and place another order that I had to pay for again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY SWITCHED MY ORDER AND TRIED TO MAKE ME TAKE WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO HAVE. My family doesn’t eat pork and can’t have pork touching anything on their plate so why would you put pork on a non pork pizza and sent me the slop. On top of that my pizza was dried out and looked like it had been sitting out, half of the pizza looked like it was tampered with and my receipt was in the pizza box touching the pizza. That is very unsanitary. We threw the entire meal in the garbage and ate sandwiches. I really would have liked to enjoy some pizza for my birthday but do to this unprofessional establishment I couldn’t do that. Staff was very rude and caused me to have a migraine for several hours trying to get someone to understand that there was a mistake. That call took a hour before I was able to get any results....
Read moreOn August 30, 2025, at approximately 6:15 PM, I visited your store to place an order for a large half-cheese/half-pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. The employee who took my order informed me there would be a 25-minute wait due to high order volume, which I accepted.
After waiting about 30 minutes in my car, I returned to check on my order. At that point, I was told no one had knowledge of it, and the employee who had originally helped me had gone on break. I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to speak to someone.
During this time, I noticed several concerning issues inside the store: • The floors were dirty and covered in food. • Dirty dishes were piled up. • Employees were not wearing gloves or hairnets. • Overall, the kitchen staff appeared unprofessional and unhygienic, as though food was being prepared in a backyard rather than a restaurant. • To make matters worse, two employees got into a fight in the kitchen in front of waiting customers.
Another customer, who had already been waiting over 40 minutes, and I both agreed the situation was unacceptable.
When I finally spoke with an employee, I asked about my order again. He told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, what I received was an incorrect pizza (pineapple and ham instead of half cheese/half pepperoni) and no breadsticks. At that point, I requested a refund.
When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee informed me that he himself was the manager. I suggested that serious changes were needed because the store was in chaos. His only response was, “We are super busy.”
This entire experience was extremely disappointing for my family and me. What should have been a simple dinner turned into an hour of waiting, unprofessional service, unsanitary conditions, and ultimately leaving without the food I had ordered.
I hope this complaint is taken seriously, as the conditions and lack of proper management I witnessed are unacceptable for any food...
Read moreSaw a post recently saying Pizza Hut buffet was great! Thought I’d treat the family. If you are ever considering Pizza Hut buffet. Dont! It’s from 11-3. Got there around 12:30-1pm. Salad was basically gone and brown, never refilled. Like 7 olives in bucket, no croutons and pickle spears looked craazy bad. They never refilled anything on salad bar whole time we were there. Like they were just trying to wait it out till 3. On top of that all the pizzas were old and cold. There was Like 3 supremes that no one was eating. Took 15min for them to bring out a fresh cheese (only thing my daughter eats) only to discover it was only a half cheese and half pepperoni, that was gone instantly. Thought I’d give her breadsticks until more came out, nope, rock hard. Never brought out another cheese pizza whole time we were there. Family next to us was saying the exact same thing. Was going to take a video of how bad everything was but my daughter was using it to watch something to keep her from the boredom waiting on something edible for a 5yo. There were 4 employees standing around while 1 girl was bussing tables, refilling ice and taking orders. Props to her! We almost walked out but lady kept saying cheese was on the way out.
