I recently ordered two taco salads online 40 minutes prior to me picking up the order. I received a message that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived, my order hadnāt been prepared yet.Keep in mind I am on my lunch break thatās 30 minutes. When I asked why the order wasnāt ready for pick up when I received a text message that it was ready for pick up. The person responded that it would only take a few minutes and itāll be up in a second. It took 15 minutesā¦..so I lost half of my lunch break waiting on the food to be prepared. I also asked him what the reasoning behind placing an order online for pick up if the food is not gonna be ready when you arrive.He couldnāt give a reason behind why it wasnāt ready outside if he claim that it was a special orderā¦.. There is nothing special about my order whatsoever. It was a taco salad with the chips on the side, not complicated at all. I expressed to him irritation in a very polite way.he to rolled his eyes, sigh and was very dismissive. Take out only, they are doing dine. There is extensive parking. They are quietly tucked away and easy to miss the turn in. Much of the business nearby is otherwise empty.
They serve refills in drinks if dining in. There is a choice of 3 salsas in little to go packages with lids which are convenient to use as needed and stay neat.
Food is made as ordered with specials of the day, almost every day if the week. Portions are decent for the money, with the exception of tacos, which are on the smaller size.
Order as you want, adding in or taking out items as offered. Menu is straightforward.
Have not used the bathroom and can not speak to it. However, the rest of the restaurant appears clean. Cash and credit card taken.
There is ample room for wheelchairs however, some of the furniture does not move, while others are easily pushed aside.
No easily accessible outlets to plug in devices. There is a TV that is usually on.
Items easily wrapped to go in foil. Plastic ware and other utensils can be found before seating. There is no service side tables.

Why does taco bell exist when there is la bamba? I havent gone out to eat since covid started since i am picky with everything. Part of me just wants to know what to expect with my purchases. Most everywhere else the price jacked up and the quality dropped. La bamambas is an exception as it was as good as it was when i last had it 5 years ago, and the quality never dropped over the 15 years since i started eating there. Also the staff is great. They were patient with me despite being indecisive fish out of water who has not eaten out for literal years. I cant imagine anywhere else with this quality of food, especially for the price, not even el toro, and i love el torro. Once you go here you will train your taste buds to identify taco bell as being inedible....
