Scheduled for Sat at 10am. At 10:15 am I called asking about our service call. He said "there was a mixup with the scheduling." I said, "I just scheduled it 4 days ago and I spoke to you?...." Then he says something about having 13 jobs scheduled in his head and Getting confused. Then he asked what I needed done...after which I responded l..."dont you have it in your notes.?" I scheduled for the next day trying to give him the benefit of the doubt for noon. At 12:20pm I called...he said he has already been to my house. I tell him I've been here all morning. He said a man answered the door saying it had been canceled. I told him no man lived here. He then gives me an address that isn't mine. He seemed. Would definitely advise to keep better track of his business. I cancelled the call all together as I was looking for some...

Edit/addition for Jan 2024: Richard returned to install two TV’s and wall mounts; including a 55” Samsung Frame, which entailed a learning curve for all of us. Richard did a beautiful job, with the same high level of professionalism as before. Thanks again Richard!

He was quick to set us up with another professional on his team to move our wall/curtain installs forward while he was on vacation. The home professional who completed the work, John (Jon?), was very detail-oriented, skilled and pleasant to interact with. I recently bought a farmhouse near Champaign and I'm not very "handy." I'm so thankful that I found Richard.
