Patricia's — Local services in Champaign

I remember when this place opened and it was amazing! So back in 2016/2017? However, it has changed.. I still want to give this place at least 3 stars because it's super clean and everything is displayed nicely. It's truly the best place to go in town for the product selection. The only thing that was bad was the customer service. We were greeted but nothing past that. Then the manager also had someone harassing him over the phone. While this isn't his fault by any means, his reactions to the harasser made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. He could have followed up with an apology and asked what we needed help with at the very least. Maybe even disconnected the phone for a moment would have been totally ok because that was ridiculous. I hope you can press charges on people like that. So, maybe investing in some security and block certain callers could help along with customer service skills? Seems like there’s a new manager than in other reviews because the employees working were talking about “Her” and how great “she” was. So I wouldn’t listen to the reviews talking about a guy manager. I also don’t understand people complaining about the website or the costs? The employees don’t control those + it’s a competitive sales world and they’re doing their best. The girls who were working when I went in tonight were educated about the store and didn’t make me feel weird for any of my questions. They were also willing to show me how different products worked and make suggestions on ones that would better fit what I was looking for. WARNING-They were nice and everything but everything I bought there was horrible quality. The handcuffs broke after gently pulling on them. All of the stuff I bought that was supposed to taste good and be fruit flavored tasted awful and the vibrator I bought stopped working the 2nd day after I got it. Horrible experience and extremely dissapointed because I spent a lot of money. The person I went there with also didn't like their products and thought they tasted horrible.
