COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Three "experts" and 45 minutes out of my day only to have them tell me there was nothing they could do other then sell me a new device or I could buy a replacement battery on Amazon, which turned out to be completely false.
To be fair, the first expert I spoke to, I believe his name was Connor, did try to help but seemed somewhat new so he asked for help from the "associate manager" who was little to no help, followed by another "expert" who came off like he knew what he was talking about only to be completely wrong about everything.
After leaving this store, I called T-Mobile customer support and it turns out the 100gig home internet for $60/mo. was indeed available in my area and it's on it's way to me at no cost, even though the store couldn't manage to do the same thing. Sad part is, this is a corporate store and not an authorized dealer. I asked a couple times if they could perhaps call support and see if maybe they were missing something but they didn't think it was necessary. They come off as "all knowing" when they had no clue what they were saying. They tried to tell me my plan, tell me I was wrong, to the point that the sales person insisted they needed to long into my account to confirm what I was saying. When that had nothing to do with why I was there. I was looking to upgrade my phone.
They were then out of the 3 different phones I was looking for. I was told me to just order online. Which they had just sold the last of 2 of the 3 and the third one, they never carry in store.

You have to pay for it first and wait 3 days for it to come in the mail. Was in here tuesday to switch over from verizon and told them I would be back to make the down payment friday.
