Buyer beware- on 11/4/23 I purchased a safe from this store with a tentative delivery date for 11/21/23 my order still says processing. It took an hour and half to place this order in store. No big deal if that was the only issue it’s a new store but nope that was the smaller issue. No one has reached out to confirm which was supposed to be within 48hrs to confirm delivery. I have contacted customer service several times only to be told “its processing”, “we will call the manufacturer”, “the manufacturer ( Cannon) has no record of the order”, and the store manager Beth says “she can’t help me either”. She also didn’t offer a solution of any kind. I paid cash at the register but the store used gift cards to make the purchase on their computer. So now today 11/27/23 I’ve initiated a refund to be told it will take a couple days to cancel the order and I have to call back to get a refund started once I receive the email confirming cancellation. It’s been over 3weeks and no one knows what happened or why my order is the way it is and now the 2000.00 dollars I paid is in limbo. This is insane. I’m not rich and I saved up to buy the safe for my husbands birthday. They’ve lost my trust and my buisness. I’ll update more as this saga continues. I had a similar experience as others. Bought a safe. Took weeks to get. Came in damaged. They ordered a second and took 2 weeks again. Came in damaged. The people are very nice at the store but the shipping companies they use for large orders are garbage. I ended up with a damaged safe and they didn't even give me a few bucks off.
