Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Channahon

I ordered 63 dollars worth of food I tipped ten dollars my pizza came and 2 out of 3 of my pizzas were not cooked all the way my pepperoni wasn't even cooked it looked like it came out the cooler and was just thrown on my pizza it was mushy and have of it had sauce no cheese or toppings on it also I called to get my pizza replaced 70 dollars is a lot for a couple pizzas we couldn't eat and the person I spoke to told that's just how it comes and hung up on me I will never use them again I wasted my money on garbage I couldn't feed my kids 🙃 so they ate cereal and Ramen very disappointed and I want my money back and an apology I still have the pizza and I'll be...

Ok it was busy I get it. Took almost 10 minutes to acknowledge me at pick up window. I paid for my online order. And when I was receiving my order, I had to ask about the second pizza of 2 that I ordered. Got home and started eating and first thing was where is the sauce? I ordered with BBQ sauce and I couldn’t even taste any. Doubting any was put on. Garlic wings were overloaded with sauce. Probrably not sauce in bowl than my pizza. Wife had same issue with regular sauce. Boils down to I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Not when we have Dominoes, Fat Boys, Rosatis and Jewel near by. Not a good way to watch the Super Bowl....

I ordered the big dinner box because I like the rectangle pizza. When I went to pick it up they gave me 2 medium pizzas (circle). I said no I ordered a big dinner box and they told me that they don’t make the rectangle pizzas anymore, it’s the same size as the medium pizza so that’s what they do now. In my opinion those are two totally different pizzas, even when ordering it tells you this pizza is rectangle. There is no real crust on the rectangle pizza like the circle one has and it just is fluffier and tastes better. This should definitely be disclosed...
