Where to begin, when I first moved in everything seemed great. Lynette the lady in the leasing office appeared nice up until I signed the lease. After that the communication and how I've been treated by ALL office staff has been AWFUL. They don't respond to emails nor do they hardly ever answer phone calls. I've had packages stolen out of the mailroom and nothing was done about it. I've put in multiple maintenance requests for different things to be worked on and 90% of the time the problem is never resolved. This next part is on me for something I should have looked closer at before moving in but the electrical and sewer elements are very very close to each other which is dangerous and could lead to more issues in the future. Parking is always an issue after 4-5 pm. They say they enforce towing and make residents use a parking portal app however, the amount of times I've entered in information and when I log back in and it's somehow not there anymore after I've gotten emails saying it's approved. I referred two people to this apartment complex, both who have said they put my name down as their referral and I was never given credit for it. After attempting to email and call about it I finally went to the office to discuss it just for them to email a form that I know how to fill out and they still have not told me what I receive for even referring people to the complex, which I will never do for this complex again because it is a horrible place to live. I've put in several noise complains about my neighbor because of shouting and what sounds like domestic violence; my emails were never responded to. When asked for copies of important documents; ie., my lease, that email was also never answered. I had to literally threaten legal action before given a response to my email. All I can say is if you do plan to move in here make sure to look over your lease because they will try and pull one over on you, I had multiple issues with mine before signing. Know that your thoughts/feelings/issues/whatever will not be seen/heard/understood by anyone in the office. Somehow the property manager is always conveniently out of office during the days I need to speak to someone higher up. I've been more than accommodating and nice to the people at this complex and now I'm coming up on my move out date and I cannot wait to get the hell out of here. It's been awful, if I could given this place 0/5 stars I would so I guess I'll have to settle for 1/5.
Edit I've also noticed after typing all of this and reading other reviews, that the complex has responded to most reviews made on here, however, cannot answer one of my emails. Do better. I don't understand why you're hired to do this job that directly involves communicating with people on a daily, yet, not a single person in that office has good .. better yet, not even ok communication skills. Can't wait to see the "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience", yeah right. Instead of apologizing time and time again, take the time to fix the issues multiple people have complained about so that you don't have to give out...

After leaving this review the property charged me $2000 claiming the refrigerator was broken upon moving out. I made sure the apartment had no damages and paid all my balances before move out. As I mentioned in the review, the appliances are CHEAP. The refrigerator has had previous PRIOR to me moving in. I’ve made 2-3 work orders about this and the property is aware. I believe they charged me because of this review. I am currently working on taking legal actions as I have maintenance orders being submitted as proof this charge is penalizing me for leaving a negative reviews.
Honest review about these apartments as my lease is ending soon and I am NOT renewing.
Pro’s Really pet friendly. Dog park is nice. There’s divided fields for large and smalls dogs, water fountains, and doggy bags provided throughout the neighborhood.
Amazon Hub Lockers in mailroom. Pretty secured. Although there’s a good amount of reviews about stolen packages, I personally haven’t experienced that. I always request my packages to delivered in the locks with Amazon for that reason.
Great gym. 3-4 treadmills (more should be added), lots of weights, yoga mats, mini fridge, different machines to work out on.
Surprised with the bad reviews about management. Haven’t had any issues with them. Nice and progressional from personal experience.
Maintenance is awesome! Nice working men. Solves all of my requests quick, sometimes same day.
Cons BEWARE of maintenance manager, Christian L. Dude is a KAREN or Bob. After having a plumbing issue, Christian was assigned to my repair. BAD attitude the whole time, like he didn’t want to be bothered to doing his job. I got a call from the office within an hour after the repairs were completed. He informed the office I had pets, not stupidly knowing their ESA. He also informed office I was smoking in the unit, which was FALSE. If you have a repairs that are tedious to Mr. Karen, he will find ways he can report you to the office, to get your into trouble.
Appliance's are CATFISH. They look brand new and half luxurious, but really cheap. Dishwasher is always leaking out water, cheap wooden floors, horrible shower and tubs, gets stained easily.
Dog feces EVERYWHERE. No one picks up after their pets. They don’t enforce rules at all, they just send emails reminders to pick after your pets.
Pool is ALWAYS packed. Everyday out of the week at all times. Can never try to enjoy a nice pool day with 100 guests in taking up the pool areas
Parking is HORRIBLE. Reviews are true. You will NOT find parking around after 5 PM. App to register vehicle doesn’t even work, causing my car to get towed. Paid almost $300 in towing fees.
They allow ANYONE to move into these apartments. Filled with tenants who leaves trash around the complex, loud and ghetto. Weed...
Read moreAt first, we felt welcome and the lady that helped us was really nice and helpful, answer all of our questions while doing a tour. After finally deciding that we wanted this complex to be our home, we were talked through the process, and it was going smoothly. We called beforehand to let them know in the office that were about to submit our application for a specific apartment. According to them the apartment was still available before submission, and it was in some kind of hold until our application was approved or denied. Application cost $250. Once the application was submitted, we called to let them know that it was submitted, only to find out that someone else had submitted their application a "couple minute" before us. We were told we could get a full refund, since it was an inconvenience and the system was not supposed to had accepted our application since someone else had submitted theirs first. We had the option to pick other apartments that were smaller and with a greater cost, which none of them were convenient for us, we only had about 72 hours to make a decision. We decided to get our refund and look somewhere else and use that same money for an application somewhere else. A couple of days passed by, and we did not hear anything of how we would receive our refund so we decided to call their office, and we were informed that we could not get a full refund and that the other applicant had submitted the application an HOUR BEFORE US. So, why lie that it was only submitted a couple of minutes before ours and why not suggest for us to wait on submission if we were in contact with them before submitting ours? They agreed to refund us $150, not a big deal since seeking and submitting applications costs money anywhere you go. We were asked to verify our home address in order to receive a check in the mail and it was correct, but it has been over a month or so, and we never saw that check. We would have rather had them be honest with us and tell us that there was nothing they could do than to receive a fake promise.
UPDATE: Allora got in contact with me within a day. I was surprised and impress on how attentive the apartment manager was. My boyfriend with who I was going to rent the apartment return the call since I was unavailable at the moment. The manager informed us that a check was in fact mailed to us, which we clarified that we never received. After a further conversation she assure to send out another check with the full amount as long as the previous check was not cashed out. She did a call and she was told that the check was not cashed, therefore she requested for another one to be sent out. I really appreciate of the time she took to resolve the situation. We received the check in the mail, and are please that she...
