Single-handedly the worst experience i’ve had at an auto-repair shop in my life. Showed up for my appointment for an installation of wheels, that were already mounted and balanced, and an alignment. After spending more than two hours there, the manager informed me that my alignment could not be completed as the ONLY technician properly trained was not there. When I asked how confident he felt in the alignment that was done, he replied with “absolutely zero confidence” and informed me I needed to return the following day. Then, when I stepped outside to see the part of the job they had actually finished, ALL FOUR of my brand new wheels had damage to the center caps and every single lug nut. In fact, the tech who worked on it had neglected to even return my lug key. On top of that, the interior of my vehicle was covered with greasy handprints, including my personal Army bandana that has been tied to my steering wheel for three years being stained, and a used covid face mask was also left. There was no regard for personal belongings whatsoever.

The only acceptable move they made was when the manager, upon notice of damage to the center caps, offered to cover the fee for the alignment the next day.

When I arrived today for the alignment, I had to wait for over another hour, and when my vehicle was returned to me I made it a whole mile off of their lot before noticing the alignment WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. and had to return for a THIRD time only for it to finally be corrected.

All-in-all, I collectively spent 4 1/2 hours of my time (in a disgusting waiting area), needing three separate trips, for a sub-par alignment and a wheel application that left damage to my brand new belongings. It’s ridiculous that I even had to spend any money on this experience. I will not be returning and...

My fiancé,Son and I went here today (Saturday Feb.1st 2020) to get our Inspection sticker&Emission sticker done. After well over an hour of sitting&waiting, they gave us a whole list of things(about 5+problems) that we failed on and told us that we still had to pay for both (Even tho at that point we only wanted emissions since we failed the other inspection) and that AFTER we get all the work done (Including body work) (When we added up what we’d need done, it came to roughly $500.00 not including labor and not including the body work portion) we could come back to them and they’ll give us our other sticker for free (Which it’s not really Free since we already paid for both) ..

I was SHOCKED at how many things they found wrong with My car, Being that it was bought barely a year ago and I got a thorough inspection BEFORE buying it, (I got the inspection done at a different garage that time). We went here today to get it done because I work during the week and only have the free time on The Weekend unfortunately, and most garages were closed today.. But, We knew going in, it was a long shot ( Because most garages always find hundreds of dollars worth of issues).

In the end we ended up paying for 2 stickers but only got the Emissions sticker put on the windshield.. I will say that the staff&shop was really nice tho.. Not sure if we’ll be back here or not. IF we do, it’ll be for anything other then inspection..They are VERY thorough And will Lift your car up, take your tires off/Walk around with a flashlight etc...I...

I called this place on 10/5/24 to get a price on a tire. The Guy was decent on the phone. He gave me a couple different prices for one tire I needed as I had a flat on my wifes Jetta. Anyway the prices were $67.99 for one without a mileage guarantee, another one was $87.99 for a 70,000 mileage tire. I said ok my wife will be in and she will bring the tire to have the new one put on. Anyway, I dont normally complain but this service was very bad. To continue the story, She gets there and calls me right to confirm the price as the guy at the counter is telling her a different price now. Over $100 for said tire. And Im like wait wait hold on these were the prices that the other guy told me so what is going on. The guy explained to her that he must of punched in a different size etc etc, NOT TRUE AS I CONFIRMED THIS SIZE MULTIPLE TIMES. He was basically trying to take advantage of a woman and trying to up charge her for a whole different tire. VERY SCUMMY of them. Anyway they ended up HONORING the price, Anyway she gets home and come to find out that not only did they charge her a crazy fee to put the tire on they DIDNT PUT ON MY TIRE CAP for the air. She took the tire in so it didnt need to be pulled off the car or mounted back on so yet they charged her $35? CRAZYYY. So tried taking advantage of her number 1, charged a crazy fee to swap out the tire, and didnt give me my cap back. I will never recommend this place ever, VERY SLEEZY AND...
