The guy Doug that sets at front desk is very unhelpful I missed a class required for uc and Doug clearly stated I couldn’t reschedule there was not another class that I had to wait for unemployment to mail me a letter . Called west Moreland and sure enough there was one I could do and it was within my 30 day requirement from my first scheduled intake not first time he mis informed me and would not help or give any useful information told me there was no way to register for that first uc required class on my phone told me goto library or I had to go to office well I did register on my phone if you have to deal with the donora office make notes of every call and every attempt you make to schedule or register and you talk to Doug because you will need it for your complaint to unemployment Doug will not help you !
