The first time I went there paid $130 for twist in less than a week the twist was already untwisting the second time I went which was last week Friday I got box braids done they said the box braids is cheaper but I still paid $130 cause they said it’s an extra fee for detangling my hair and wash never heard that anywhere else before and the ends of my hair was left out when ask to have it plait or fixed I was told it won’t stay but had my hair done other places and never had that problem about the ends of my hair won’t stay and note it’s not even a week yet and the box braids is already coming out I will not never return there and the worker stay talking shit about people in creole like majority of people don’t understand creole especially the big back woman acting like she just wants money instead of doing her work the right way and another problem I showed the picture of how I want the box braids done which is medium size but still got small braids in the back yea they need to do better and I didn’t want to leave a review but the fact hair is just coming out and it’s not a week yet is...

I normally have great experience with my hair. I had an appointment over a month ago and the person that was suppose to do my hair was occupied with someone else. So I was given to another lady. When it was suppose to take 6 hours it took Over 10 hours. I had to leave and go get my grandson from daycare which was not far from the location and come back. My hair wasn’t tight at all. So with that being said my braids in the back started falling out in 2 weeks or less. My kinky twist normally last me a few months and my hair looks like I’ve had them in for about 3-4 months and it’s only been 1.5 months. If the original lady couldn’t do my hair I wish the had contacted me ahead of time to reschedule. I made that appointment like a week or more ahead of time. I went in to make sure that it was able to be done. The lady that was suppose to do it was the one that said she can do the back of my head because it was short. But I know I wouldn’t want the same lady who did it to do it again. She did more talking than anything. Maybe that’s why it took longer than...

I called yesterday and talk to 2 seperate people once you call they have all types of people call back saying different thing wit different prices…took off to be there at 9 for them to tell me a different price for wat I ask for after the other 2 people had gave me the same price…they are so unprofessional DONT have no type of styles very basic also when you make a appt and come they don’t even know who you are…I have been here just to get basic hair dues bc they are not all that at all a waste of time and don’t know how to handle...
