Iâve been wanting to write a review for IM=X Pilates North Charlotte pretty much from the moment I interacted with the staff there. ( that is how amazing they are) I waited a bit though so I could give an accurate review on my journey and progress. I have completed 25 classes thus far and am completely in love and hooked. In this period of time I can already tell a huge difference in how my body feels and my waist is slimming down. I suffer from scoliosis and everyone there has been SOOOOO amazing and supportive of me and help me with any modification requests I may need so that I am able to work towards doing that particular exercise the original way. Itâs an inclusive and encouraging environment no mater your gender, age, size, or fitness level you are đŻ welcome with open arms. This type of exercise is just made to benefit your body in all the best ways starting with strengthening your core.
I personally think that in the world we live in today kindness and positivity go such a long long way. Jennifer and Kate the owners are such bright lights and a great representation of the âleading by exampleâ concept. Their energy is contagious and their staff follow suit. I can imagine that part of the reason for this is because of the positive environment that Kate and Jennifer promote there. I have met most of the instructors and they all bring their own spin an spirit on the classes and no class is ever exactly this same, which keeps things new and fun. It also keeps your muscles guessing â whatâs nextâ which is always a good thing.
They have class pack options, individual class purchase options, and membership options too. I have started out with the class packs myself, but am going to start a membership in December because I love it so much. I am SOOOOOOOOO thankful I found a place like this to call my Pilates home and I very much excited to continue to see my progress as the months go on. I genuinely look forward to coming to my classes and that for me just shows what a great thing they have going here. Fitness CAN be fun YALL! :-D
With all this being said, I encourage whoever is reading this and on the fence about trying out a FREE introductory class to RUN, donât walk there and just give it a shot. I promise you at the very minimum you will leave feeling uplifted once you are done!

I quickly realized IM=X Pilates offers a fantastic workout for both men and women of any fitness level. I am amazed at how different my body looked and felt in such a short period of time. The studio is clean and inviting - a very boutique vibe. The staff is highly knowledgeable and accommodating. It might sound like a cliche, but I have never taken from an instructor there that didn't seem highly invested in the quality of the class and care of the client. My best tip: commit to a package and go consistently. The routines are lead by verbal cues and it takes a few classes to learn the machines and get used to the rhythm of the workout.    Read moreI can't say enough about IM=X Pilates in North Charlotte! Having suffered from chronic lower back pain for years, I've been scared to do any leg workouts like squats or jumps, and anything involving hinging at the hips.
Now, with an IM=X Pilates workout I can have total back protection whether it be in a 'Tower Class' or a 'Xercizer Class' and a total body workout.
The instructors are GREAT! They make everyone feel welcomed, comfortable and motivated. Even in a full class, the instructors provide individual guidance to correct your form so you get the most out of your workout.
