Chia Bistro — Restaurant in Charlotte

I have never been to a Chinese restaurant where Spanish-speaking people greet you who don't clearly understand English. This is not authentic Chinese food. I am recently here from California and I know when I'm eating Chinese food. I asked the Person who was taking the order for Combination Chow Mein. She didn't understand what I was asking because she didn't speak English. Even the person that was coming from the back looked Spanish speaking. She tried showing me on her cell phone the difference between chow Mein and lo Mein. I had to say 2 or 3 times I want Chow Mein. My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I will never eat here again. The chow mein that I got was nothing more than overcooked cabbage surrounded with meat. Just horrible! The food is decent but the customer service is awful! I've been here a few times...but probably WILL NOT go back! Today, the guy that took my order was eating his lunch & acted like I was annoying him by placing an order! I ordered the lunch General Tso ($6.75) and wanted veggie fried rice...he told me the new total was $10.42!!! Wait a min! How?!!! He said there was an up charge of $2.50 for veggie FR. The absolute worst customer service from the gentleman that works there. He videotaped my fiancé because he thought he was asking for free food? We paid, only time we ever got something was when we received the wrong food. It was returned and remade. Now I come home and eat with my mother in law. We all got sick.
