Initially when I spoke with someone and had an appointment at the Wilkinson location, there were some unfortunate circumstances and I called over to the Independence location. Mike answered the phone and was very friendly, apologized for the situation and advised me to give the current situation some time to resolve and if it hadn't give him a call back.
I called back and spoke with Britt and he was happy to assist me. I don't have the best credit and I've been working to rebuild my financial situation after my divorce. I'd tried a few other car dealerships, and while I'd get approved, the leader would also want an unimaginable amount to be put down for a down payment.
Britt took time and explained to me how their program works and the benefits of it. I'd recently remarried, had a baby, gotten a better job and as I mentioned earlier, began working on rebuilding my credit. The program offered to me at Sign and Drive put me in a car (and I had a few good options to choose from) that was not only safe and fuel efficient, but affordable. My terms for my loan aren't spread out over 5-7 years (like most dealerships will rope you into these days to keep your payments low), their cars come with a power train warranty, and Britt told me the various ways that I can pay (cash, debit/credit, auto draft).
Mike and Britt are courteous and knowledgeable and made my car buying experience pleasant. I was told what to expect and never felt that I was being talked to below my intelligence level. Read morePurchased a van from this dealership 3 weeks ago, the next day after the purchase they check engine light came on I took the van back and they basically said they wouldn’t fix it because they did work to it all ready, however I could try to get something else or if I purchased the part their mechanic would do the work free of charge, I elected to keep the van and have them do the work.Louis was my salesman he was supposed to call and let me know when they could put the part on, I’ve called him over 6 times and he says every time he will call me back and never does, next the dash clock and miles are flashing just need to be set he said he would get that done because really that’s nothing he still hasn’t called back, next I asked him to have the van titled in my business and my name he said he would get with the title clerk and let me know again this has been almost a month ago and I’ve reached out to him over 6 times. The process at the dealership wasn’t bad but being that I’m in car sales also and he knows that the follow up and taking care of the customer is HORRIBLE and just because of that I wouldn’t purchase from him again probably from the location but not the salesman, with these vans you should want to take care of the customer so they can refer others and purchase more as they build there fleet but everybody doesn’t...

I was deeply concerned about my credit. Britt explained how things work and let me know that they deal with issues like mine all of the time. After multiple conversations, I agreed to apply for a loan. I received a call from Britt a couple of hours later with additional questions. The next day, I called late afternoon I called to find out if I was approved or not and asked Britt to let me know either way. Ten minutes later I received a call from Asia, extremely helpful woman, she let me know that I was approved. I had to complete a survey and bring down payment. She schedule me to meet Britt on Friday at 11am. On Friday my friend and I went to the Independence location. Britt was working at another location. The man in the office called him about the appointment and he was told to tell me that the banks decided not to approve the loan. Upset and surprised. I called and left Britt a message for and explanation. I talked to Asia and she was surprise. She said she left a message for Britt to call me. Four days later and no return call.
