INCOMPETENT & RUDE!!!! Ordered the 2 sausage & egg biscuit special for $4. They charged me $6.78 because they rang it up with cheese. First issue is the woman who took the order kept hollering "She said cheese, she said cheese!" which I know is wrong because I cant eat cheese!! Then the woman aggressively took my bag back and shut the window. I could hear them all running their mouths. When she handed me the bag back she handed me $1 back. When I said that wasn't enough the woman taking my money mumbled "I'm tired of dealing with this woman" and shut the window again, still running her mouth. When she opened it, she gave me another .08 cents. I told her I was still short over $1.50. She said something to the "manager" who said it was $4.33 for the 2 biscuits (I'm sure with tax). At that point I realized that evidently nobody there can do math, and they were treating me like I was the one who was wrong so I said forget it and left. Now of course when I get home only one biscuit had been changed, the other still had cheese on it, which I had to throw 1/2 of it away. This location is desperately lacking in anyone that can do their job efficiently. Bojangles continues to go down hill, and the employees show no pride in there job. Read moreI will never spend another dime at bojangles period. This store is so unprofessional and horrible at customer service it’s madness. Pull up to the drive thru window anticipating my order being completed. Hand over my money just to find out “oh you have to wait 10min for your order”. It took you 2 seconds to take my money but me the consumer has to wait on my food. I wouldn’t be so upset if I had the option but she took my card and ran it and I left my food there while trying to get to work on time. This young lady was wearing a sleeping cap with dirty black nails as if she had been cleaning floors. I called corporate and the young lady taking my information abruptly puts me on hold without asking me if thats Fine. I ask for a manager and 30 minuets later still no one. I hang up to call back to notice whenever I try to place the complaint my number must be on a block of some sort. Hopefully my comment reaches the correct eyes and they bring some awareness to this place. I can tell you this Bojangles as an entire company has lost a former employee and a customer. Moving up the ranks a bit and being a VP of a major Fortune 500 company I could definitely help them with how to keep business running the correct way. Read moreThis place was surprisingly clean for the chain. It almost looked new. The employees there still care, which is a good thing. I just pray that they don't let poor management creep into the location. The ones that were there today around noon really need to be rewarded for their professional courtesy. The fast food industry is fraught with disgruntled employees due to poor choices by upper level management. In this case, they still have their professional pride. Congratulations are in order to them! The food was fresh and all SafeServe practices were observed. The drink machine nozzles had no discernible buildup which indicates someone performs the correct maintenance and cleaning on them nightly. All surfaces were clear of debris and buildup. There was minor buildup on the baseboards, however, that is consistent with mopping the floors nightly. I took a peek in the bathroom and was impressed. There was no foul odor and the floors were clean. The sink area was fully stocked. The male employee did observe proper handwashing procedures. He washed his hands in the bathroom sink, then again in the sink in back, dried his hands thoroughly, then put on gloves before going back to work. This location is deserving of their high food safety score. In short, I would recommend this...
