Jamba — Restaurant in Charlotte

I've been going to this Jamba for a very long time and I have always had exceptional service. Today there was a new girl with a very bad attitude. 1st off she was mad that I requested my 10% discount for working in the shopping center then when she made my smoothie there was extra left and I requested to have it put into a small cup like always. She said this is what u paid for and handed me my cup. I mentioned that I've always gotten the extra because it is going to be thrown away anyway she replied well I work here now and walked off. She is blond haired and wouldn't give me her name. I get needing to be staffed but not by someone who is going to be rude to customers especially a customer that has been spending money there for a long time. Last I checked customers are the reason u have a job to begin with. I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere even with having to go out of this shopping center because bad customer service ain't worth my hard earned money.

My coworker also had issues this morning and she gets a smoothie everyday as well. They didn't make her smoothie the right way then had a attitude when she requested it be remade as she has gotten the same smoothie everyday for months. Literally, every time I come here I have to wait for my order. AND I ORDER ONLINE. what’s the point in ordering ahead when you still have to was 12+ minutes for the food you ordered 30 minutes ago? There has never been a time when my order is ready when I walk in & I always wait 15 minutes after I order. This is insane. I hate to be a negative Nancy, I really do. Came in with my 3 year old son and friend. They had his drink 3/4 full and they made her drink 3/4full not even all the way full. She made a comment and they just ignored her.
