I would like to say I had a great experience from start to finish. AMC Construction was prompt and very professional. I reached out to Drew for a quote and within a couple days, he had Will call me to set up an appointment. Will was prompt and he was the only one from the 3 companies I received quotes from that asked to look in my crawl space to check for water damage. He then provided my roof measurements to Drew and by the next day I had a written quote for a new roof. The quote was not only fair but they were the only ones that recommended using the better quality shingles for a longer warranty. The communication between Will was unmatched by any other company. I asked him for shingle samples and he had them at my house the next day. I asked for other houses that used the color of shingles that I was considering and he text me 5 addresses that I could drive by and see how the color looked. In my opinion, Will went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and to make sure I had a positive experience with AMC Construction. They replaced my roof on my house, on my porch and on my deck. They arrived early, worked all day and were gone and cleaned up before I arrived home from work. Several of my neighbors commented on the quality and efficiency of the crew that replaced my roof. Also the dumpster was removed the next day and Will made an extra effort to make sure any debris from the dumpster was cleaned up because he knows I have a small dog and he wanted to make sure the area was safe for her. Due to some water leakage the end of March I started getting estimates for a new roof, I was becoming very frustrated until Will came for my estimate . He was very genuine ,listened to my concerns , and even secured a downspout on my patio.The price was very reasonable and they were hired on the spot. . My roof was delayed for a week due to the rain and the communication by Will was excellent. The day the roof was replaced went flawlessly . Nick and his crew were prompt and got right to work. A big shout out to Victor and his crew for being hard workers and getting the job done in one day. All were very respectful of my property. Example , despite a tarp some debris got in my budding flower bed, Will cleaned it up without breaking one bud.. . The clean up was excellent .Nick and Will came back a few days later and secured all my downspouts free of charge.. . With all the heavy rain, I have had no further water leakage between my door. We called AMC Construction & Remodeling to get a quote for installing a new roof, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts. Will came out and gave us a very reasonable quote compared to the other bids we received. After checking the company out on line and reading what others had to say and seeing all the 5 star reviews, we decided to go with AMC. Nick came out with an awesome crew of six men and they finished the roof in one day. They worked like a well oiled machine. They were very courteous and professional and they kept the job site clean as the work progressed. Drew stopped by throughout the progress to check and make sure we were happy throughout the process. The next day and a half Will and Nick finished the soffit, fascia, and trim on the gable. AMC uses a separate company for the gutters who came out and installed the gutters and downspouts and they were top notch. Now our house looks amazing!
