I enjoy Big Guy's food generally. I've ordered it direct for delivery, door dash, pickup, and eat in. Unfortunately 8/8/25 I ordered garlic knots from door dash and they arrived uncooked. The consistency was the same as raw canned biscuits. I called Big Guy's and was told they'd put a credit on my account which is fine as things happen. Sadly, they couldn't do that or offer anything since door dash was how I had paid. The manager offered to give me COOKED garlic knots but only if I picked them up after paying for delivery and tip. When I passed and said I'd just write a review the person on the phone hung up. The owner's response deserves an answer. I received undercooked food. I called and the employee stated they'd refund it or credit knowing it was a third party purchase. Unfortunately the employee could not do it and the manager on duty stated they would not do it. They offered replacement food if I would pick it up even though I paid for delivery and tipped. I declined and stated I'd write a review instead. The employee said okay and the call was terminated. I wrote the negative review that I stated I'd write. After the review was posted the owner called and offered to make new food and deliver it and enroll me in a customer appreciation program. I declined based on principle. The principle is this an opportunity for great customer service was presented. Undercooked food was delivered regardless of the cost of the food ordered. The business could have made it as simple as sorry it wasn't prepared properly next time you order we'll give you a replacement but they didn't. They didn't offer their "proactive call" until after the negative review was posted. The owner would like to make it seem like free delivered replacement food was offered and I declined. Sadly, replacement food was not offered until after a negative review was posted. That is the principle. When mistakes happen own them.

My family ordered this evening and based on this meal, this restaurant isn't for us. My husband did say that the online ordering was easy and convenient. The restaurant was clean and orderly, and the staff was pleasant and efficient. However, the food itself was underwhelming. -Taste- the worst offender was my husband's pepperoni mushroom pizza. There was a strong unpleasant flavor. While the pepperoni was part of that, we believe the main offender was the mushrooms. It did not taste like mushrooms. I couldn't take anymore than a single bite. I got the spinach and cheese roll, which smelled divine when I unwrapped it. The dough was soft and chewy. The cheese was a fair amount. But the spinach was so bland that the clumps of it were just disappointing to eat. A little bit of S&P during saute would fix that. -Size/price ratio- my husband's Italian was good, but it was so small for the price. Similarly, my spinach cheese roll was pretty small for the price. There were appetizers that I considered but passed on because of the price. An order of fried cauliflower was $9. The food wasn't awful ( though I kind of think my husband's pizza was), but between the taste and the price for the size, I don't think we will be back.

Big Guys Pizza knocked it out of the park with The Big 3 Pizza! This was hands down the best non-traditional pizza I’ve had in a long time. The combination of marinara, vodka sauce, and pesto was absolute perfection—each sauce complemented the others so well without overpowering the flavors. The sourdough crust, dusted with Parmesan garlic seasoning, added the perfect crunch and flavor. And yes, with a slice this heavy, I would have expected some flop, but it held up well. Ordering online was convenient and easy, and the service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a great new pizzeria, Bug Guys is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I am pleased to share my experience at Big Guys Pizza, our go-to destination for delicious pizza, calzones, gyros, rolls, hogies and wraps especially the Steak, Chicken/Chicken Teriyaki, Turkey Club and my son enjoys the build your own. We love the appetizers such as the Garlic Knots, Breaded Zucchini and the garlic fries. The Build Your Own Baked Roll and all the different salads are so good and the salad is always fresh. My favorites are the Mediterranean Salad and the Steak Salad. Some of the speciality pizzas that we love and order regularly are The Steak Supreme, Hawaiian Pizza, Chicken Alfredo Pizza and the 5 Cheese Pizza. We order all pizzas that usually come with red sauce with the garlic sauce due to a food allergy and the sauce is delicious.

A tip if you like your pizza with some garlic you must try the garlic crust seasoning!

We love the variety of desserts, my favorite is the Tiramisu and my son loves the strawberry cheesecake. He likes to add a bit of chocolate sauce or syrup on top.

Today we celebrated Valentine's Day and my Birthday. Every year we order the Heart shaped Pizza with the rose cake pops. It has become a special yearly tradition. I would have taken a picture however my son couldn't wait to eat LOL! FYI You can also pre-order for Feb 13th - Feb 16th. Especially when you want to plan a surprise and need a specific delivery time.

Over the years, we have come to appreciate not only the quality of the food but also the exceptional customer service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our specific dietary needs, particularly our allergies to tomatoes and mushrooms. The staff is friendly and the dedication to outstanding service make ordering and dining here a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we place our order to the moment we leave, we feel valued as customers. Even the delivery drivers are friendly and always take the time so say hello and see how we are doing. They even know our names and what we usually order when we stop in to order take out. It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines delicious food with such a commitment to customer satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend Big Guys Pizza to anyone looking for an absolutely delicious meal and...
