Describe our specific needs: "I'm reaching out because I'm looking for shoes that cater to individuals with scoliosis and kyphosis. I'd love to see if My Pillow could create shoes with features that alleviate discomfort and pain associated with these conditions."

Read moreI was given these as a gift from my husband who paid $100 about 5 years ago we were under the impression they had a 10yr warranty and unfortunately the first pair lasted a whole 3 months and the rubber sole busted on both slippers my husband filed a warranty claim and this time they lasted about 6 months partially due to the fact it was summer time and I used them less. My husband filed a 3rd claim and we were moving so I put them up so I would have a brand new pair when we moved so fast forward another year and I got them back out this time they again only lasted 6 months now the company is saying they changed their warranty and will not replace them. Each pair had the exact same issue of the side of the rubber sole busting out seems to me this should be a known issue which is probably why the warranty is shrunk down to a year . Poor quality and don't stand behind their product. These slippers must be ment for someone who only wears them every...
