Let me start by saying that my sleep is still a work in progress. My sleep disorder started off in a remarkably bad place (nearly 100 apneas/hour). I've tried and failed all of the basic treatments but Dr. Chandra and his team have kept plugging away and have allowed me to feel like I have a team around me who are there when I need them and who have not and will not give up on helping me through the process. There are so many who have been helpful throughout the process that I cannot name them all. But there are a few that I want to call out specifically. Erica and her team at the front consistently make me (and others when I watch) feel important and valued. Allison has gone over and above with getting procedures and medications covered by the insurance company. And then the providers, Cheyenne and Peyden have been awesome. They spend time explaining things in accessible ways without ever speaking down. One thing that I really liked recently with Peyden was this: There was something that was odd in my lab report... something that he didn't really know because it was out of his scope of practice... but he went out of his way to find out to help me feel better. See, I don't mind when somebody tells me that they don't know something but will find it out. That to me is exactly how it should be. I can, without any doubt, 100% recommend this facility and these people as not only excellent clinicians but also excellent people. Thank you Dr. Chandra and staff. Read moreUPDATE: Now 5 months later.. Still have not recived refund, although my insurance has paid in full the cost of the CPAP. And all visits. Soon to contact bbb and our family lawyer for insurance fraud.
When I first went to this location, Lee hwy, I thought it was going to be ok..I went to the sleep study location in Ringgold, ga...the room and bed felt like a run down motel. I decided to trudge through it and I paid my 500$ deductable..the next week I was back for a fitting...another 500$ ..the first one i was told was my deductible. But they never charged my insurance.the second one I was told I owed because we used a health care expense card...well we paid out of pocket this time..still no charge to insurance..the cpap they tried to charge 1700$....we. refused. They then came back into the room and gave us a different price...is this haggle with your medical supplies?
Come to find out..our insurance covers 100% sleep study , follow up fitting and cpap machines. We paid in totally now 1300.00$ that we should have only paid in 40$ office visit for, I've brought in paperwork from my insurance company showing paid in full and customer(me) owing 0 $..we have called them 3 times now wanting a refund of our money we should not have paid in. Also they are still charging us for a paid cpap machine through our debit card..
I'm calling them tomarrow, and if it's not taken care of, we are continuing waiting the bbb, and our lawyers. This is a scam place of epic purportions. Do not do...
Read moreI am thoroughly disappointed with my appointment today. I was told my appointment would be about an hour and half as it’s my initial consultation. I’ll admit I was a little shocked when told that as I knew I would be missing out on making money at my job, but my health is greatly important to me, so I was willing to sacrifice. I spent the first hour and twenty minutes watching promotional/health videos about CPAP machines, then waited about another twenty before a “doctor” came in and asked me the exact same questions that I filled out on their questionnaire, which that was what it was. What got me is, that “doctor” told me I had to see another doctor who would be in to see me after he was done with the patient he was with now, but it wouldn’t be long. At this point my total time there was 1 hour 43 minutes. I waited an additional 37 minutes before getting thoroughly upset and walking out and telling the receptionist I needed to leave, she tried to set me up for a Tele Health call, while doing that, the other “doctor” came out and handed me a couple papers and said he would be in touch. Sucks that I already paid my $75 copay, because I would not be paying it at all and try to find somewhere else to go. This was completely unprofessional, I feel like I paid $75 just for them to sit me in a room and watch...
