We decided to extend our drive to give this place a try, & upon arriving we found out, not only was half the menu not available, the front of desk seemed clueless about it as well.
Finally after "taking" our order (for 2), we waited patiently for more than an hour, while having to watch them serve only one particular table of 10 instead, at this point we noticed the same had happened to a couple of tables around us too. They even kept serving ours and others orders to that one table.
We were extremely hungry and somewhat frustrated at this point. Then the chef arrived at our table (still no food) and had the audacity to tell us we had somehow "ordered" the wrong food (as if it was our fault), this was hard to "swallow" as it was "their" menu and their staff who took the order. I simply showed him the receipt, and asked the chef to atleast serve the appetizers, which then shockingly (or not so) was again served to that one table of 10! 🙄
We had had enough (and I'm not talking about the food), we asked for our refund and walked away(best thing we did in those 2 hours).
I'm honestly still surprised at their sheer lack of competence and any sense of service. Still, I really hope they take this feedback to improve, as I'd like to see a small business flourish, but I seriously have my doubts looking at they're reaction to...
Read moreWorst Indian restaurant experience! Spoiler alert: we were served no food
First they got the order wrong and 35 minutes later, chef came to us and informed they don’t serve the dish. Despite the delay, he insisted that we had ordered it wrong and the lady at the counter was as clueless as us on what was being served. Given it was already late we did not ask for a replacement dish.
We politely requested thrice to check on our order at least the appetizers. They served all our orders to a wrong table, group of 10, who were friends with the lady who took our order. The group accepted, ate and then realized they hadn’t ordered it to which the kitchen happily said it’s “oh, no problem it’s complimentary”!!
We waited for 1 good hour and got no response on our food. The staff only served and interacted with the party of 10 without checking on other orders. There were two other tables like ours that just waited. We were too hungry and tired and at the end we asked for a refund. The team was not courteous or were sorry either for getting the order wrong and serving it to a different table.
This was a pitstop on a road trip and that took over an hour of time with no food.
Please don’t visit unless you know the folks...
Read moreThis was hands down the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. The chef was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to our family, and instead of apologizing for their repeated mistakes, he argued and tried to twist the blame onto us – exactly like he does in the google review replies to other unhappy customers. Though the dhosa and noodles were decent at best the other dishes we had were awful, poorly made, and far from authentic, felt like we were eating reaheated frozen food, it didn’t just happened to us but also other unhappy 1 star reviewed customers as well. On top of that, staff openly favored their friends at another table who came in after us while completely ignoring us and making us wait upwards of 40 minutes. We left not only hungry, but disrespected and appalled. This place doesn’t just serve bad food — it treats customers with zero respect. Avoid at all costs. Look at other 1star reviews as well and u will know.
Also I know He will be replying to this review as well while making false claims but i couldnt care less, Chef really needs to learn how the service industry works and how long a simple Sorry would go, but as stubborn as he is i doubt his brain could comprehend...
