This subway hires anyone. I ordered three sandwiches online all which were to be toasted. My husband picked up the order and went home and noticed that they were all cold and not toasted so he called. David answered the phone and my husband told him how they were not toasted and David decides to argue with him saying that he knows that he toasted them like my husband is wrong. so my husband takes the sandwiches back up there. David stated that he will remake them but at the same time he kept saying” I know I toasted these sandwiches” as if my husband was lying. Since David continued to have an attitude my husband requested a refund. I then re-order three more sandwiches on the app, but I accidentally ordered at the same location, which was my mistake. I immediately call the subway and ask if the sandwiches were already made because if they were not, I didn’t want them to make it, but David says that yes, your order is already made and you can come and pick it up and I asked him how is my order made and I literally just pressed submit. He goes to say, I don’t know, but your order is ready and you can come and get it if you want to so I get to Subway. The order is already made. I take the order to the table and notice how wet the paper is like the sandwiches have been sitting. They were so wet that the paper broken half so I go to David and I’m like these sandwiches are nasty. It’s like they’ve been sitting. Why is the paper so soggy why is it so easy to rip apart? He thinks that he does not know that he just made these sandwiches so I asked him if he could remake the sandwiches because I did not want these he told me no I’m like OK can the girl Alley remake my sandwiches and he was like no she’s not doing anything. I asked David if I could have corporate’s number he told me to “figure it out “. Is this how you really talk to customers? So I called The next day and ask to speak to a manager, which was stena. She told me that she would get in contact with the store manager or whoever owned the place look at the footage and see if David gave me the old sandwiches from the first visit. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard anything so I called two weeks later to see what the update was I asked to speak to stena. When Stena got on the phone, I told her what I was calling about and she goes to tell me that they are not doing anything about this because the footage was watched and nothing was done wrong by David and that I the customer was the one being hostile from the moment, I walked in, which was a lie because when I walked in, I got my order where he told me where the order was at on the counter, grabbed it and took it to the table to see what was in the bag. I then I asked am I talking to the same person/manager that I spoke to because you do not sound like her, you sound like a man . So now they are acting like they are the manager over the phone and not giving me true information. They are blaming everything on me when I am a concern. Customer because I feel like I was treated wrong. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to I worked at Subway for six years and I would never treat a customer like this. These people run these peoples establishment and do whatever they want because the owners are not in to see how they are treating customer. It is sad. I hope they close the subway down and I hope David and Stena Are fired. I will make a post every day until the store gets...
Read moreHi! EMS worker here! I unfortunately work night shift and odd hours. We arrived here around 15 to 10 minutes before close, which I hate doing. Unfortunately, there are not many options for healthier food during the time that I work. I completely understand if places can't or even choose not to serve us due to us coming in so close to their closing time. I would not have been upset at all if they just would have communicated. Instead, the front door was locked (which isn't a huge deal) and so we went to the drive through window. Our ambulance could not fit under the clearance, so we walked to the window. One man was closing the cash register out, looked at us, and then ignored us and continued to close out his register. I figured he was busy and didn't mind at all. Then a second man came over, looked directly at us and made eye contact, and then locked the window right in front of our faces without saying a word to us, and walked away. Again, I absolutely would not have minded if any of them had just tried to talk to us. No one smiled at us or anything. It was very disrespectful in my opinion. I don't think I've ever even written a 1 star review before, but the lack of respect, humility, and human decency was very irritating. Regardless, I just hope that these individuals receive the kindness that will be eye opening to them. I don't want them in trouble and only wish them the best in...
Read moreEvery time I have gone there Thur drive thur it's a wait and they are always rude and mgr is the rudest of all and I just went and got a footlong on white subway club with mustard, tomatoes, pickles and ate half of it and at 3:30a in the morning woke up very sick throwing up with food poisoning and had to miss two days of work because of it and have tried to call and the phone rings several times and someone picks up and hangs up every time and I was trying to let them know about checking their club meat and so I am so tired of the rude treatment by all the staff there and the sad thing is they are not that busy when I go through the drive thur and I try to be nice when they are busy and only one or two people are working but this is when they are slow and several working ..... I am trying to call the higher up and report because nobody should go through that kind of treatment every time you go to the place and I am praying nobody else gets as sick as I have been from it because I am still not up to speedy yet from it ...If they don't answer soon to give me info I need guess I will be letting my lawyer take care of it ...So heads up check your food before you eat and make sure it's is not spoiled....God sees all and Don't...
