I have an old Bobcat 732 that is a bit unreliable but runs pretty well. It needed some diagnosis to its lift arms, so I put it in Service to be diagnosed for the lift arm repairs. The service writer calls me a week later saying they can't get it started to move it into the service bay. They say it needs a new starter which is $500, the same starter that auto parts stores sell for $120. So I can believe my machine might have been hard to start but the starter is fairly new in this machine, and it was not bad. In fact, when I got there it started in about ten minutes after tightening up the wires. It is obvious to me they spent almost no effort trying to get this machine started. Even if they decided not to accept my machine due to being so old, they should not have charged me the minimum service fee of $100. I took it to another repair facility and won't be back. Read moreI called to see how backed up the service department was. On phone was told 2 weeks. So I pull my t 650 off job thinking things may go good and I get it fixed fast. Well today made 4th week. And I called them and they checked my machine and for new injectors and a fuel rail and a fuel filter , labor and tax was gonna be 8100.00. So I told guy I couldn't afford that much right now. I needed know how much I owed to pick it up. Well when I got up there the bill just for them to check it out was 976.00.. Highway robbery just to hook to computer...They lost a customer. And the parts I found half price...
