Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Thanks for teaching me a hard lesson about tipping before I get my food. When I arrived there was 2 cars in drive thru, no one parked at stalls. I checked in at 6:58 my order was suppose to be out at 7:04. I received my order at 7:27. Tried calling in to see if I could just cancel, but no answer on phone 3 times. Totally unacceptable the lady next to me pushed button and sat there 5 minutes with no answer. Luckily the carhop was bringing my food out 23 minutes later then it was suppose to be. So she asked him if the buttons were working. The footlong chili cheese coneys were barely warm and the chicken tenders were also from the kids meal. There wasn't a toy or anything with it either. This is the last time I will visit this sonic. I am a very reasonable person and would completely understand if it had been busy, but at the time of my arrival it wasn't. By the time I left there was about 8 cars there. In the 30 minute I sat there, I seen 4 cars through the drive thru and 1 car came to stalls and left with shakes, that's how...

The afternoon I was there they had someone working that was messing up orders or which car was to get each order. We saw the car hop take an order to one car and go back inside with the order after the person in the car refused it. I guess it wasn't their order. A little later he brought us an order after we had been waiting 7 - 10 minutes and had still not had our order taken. We explained we hadn't been responded to after pressing the button to initiate an order. He also returned inside with that order. I don't know if the employee taking the order, the car hop, or a different employee working inside was mixing things up, but someone was causing everyone to have a worse day than they might have otherwise.

I ordered the SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito (from the night crew/drive-thru). This item is suppose to have sausage (I asked for bacon instead of sausage), eggs, cheese, tater tots, tomatoes, onions and jalapenos. The only part they got right was the bacon, eggs, jalapeno and onions. There was NO TATER TOTS. NO CHEESE. NO TOMATOES! What's worse they had the nerve to ADD LETTUCE in my burrito. Who puts lettuce in a breakfast burrito? I tried to eat it since I already paid for it but I was totally disgusted so I threw it away. ANOTHER issue with the night crew is that the past few nights I have been there NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WORE MASKS OR GLOVES.
