SCAMERS!!! Beware! Long story short. I put down a $100 deposit on a couch. I changed my mind and wanted to apply the $100 deposit to a table & chairs instead. The saleswoman Diane said they do not refund deposits or even allow transfers. However, she would contact the owner and get back to me. She never called me back!! So, 3 hours later when I called her back she said the owner would not do anything for me. I said ok I understand the no refunds but why not let me put the deposit toward another item? Anyway I then said if they wanted to keep my $100 fine! I was going to come down and buy the table & chairs and would never step foot in there again! Diane then called me back a few minutes later and told me the table and chairs I wanted was on hold for someone and the owner who worked over the weekend forgot to put a hold tag on it. Right!! I told her I did not believe her and something was definitely fishy!! Terrible business practices! They basically stole my $100 and refused to sell me another item! Their business practices really need to be investigated. and I’m going to do my best to see that they are!...

I would not recommend anyone to go to this store, I went in to ask for a specific bed that the owner said she could order for me in when I got the bed it look nothing like the one I picked out and they refused to give me a refund. She never had the bed that I wanted from the start just wanted to make a sell the owner is money hungry and all I can say is be sure to check your furniture before leaving the store I really regret going to this unprofessional place, people like this shouldn't have a company period. I want a bed like the blue one but in pink and got this pink bed The owner didn't tell me there would be an difference in the headboard AT ALL! The headboard she gave me was not even on display! Just because I ordered a full size bed doesn't mean the structure of the headboard should have changed...

The man that works on Saturday was a great guy, very helpful. They have a lot of great products. The reasons behind the two stars Is because the lady that works through the week doesn’t have an appropriate attitude. She acted very rude to my wife and after that I told her to cancel our order and we would go elsewhere. There are no refunds period. My second problem. when my section was delivered it was left in the living area still in plastic and cardboard around the bottom and legs not installed. There was also a hole in it from the guys bringing it through the door catching in on the door knob. Again they dealt with my wife and not my self.
