I visited last week, and had terrible service. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, and not give a review on the visit, and wait to see if it was any better on the next visit, which was on 5/18/2023. If you are looking for help with loading anything on your vehicle, you might as well hang it up, you most likely won’t get help…unless you insist, and you will most likely wait a long time, because I saw no sense of urgency while I was there. Last week, I bought lots of block. I am a disabled veteran. Cashier called with her “walkie” for assistance….no-one showed up. I ended up doing it myself. This week, it was even worse. The cashier was very rude, not friendly at all. She rung me up, handed me a receipt. No loading document given, and she didn’t call for anyone to help me, and I really needed it. COVID isn’t an excuse anymore. This place sells unique items made by slave camps for pennies on the dollar and marks the prices up way too high. I’d rather pay the extra $ and go to a big box, than come to this place and have to beg for help. Prior to 2020, it wasn’t like this…..we are far enough out from the plandemic, that they should have recovered and have ample help to take care of their customers. Shame on leadership for letting it...

First of all DO NOT BUY THE CABINETS AND DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. We purchased cabinets and six months later the front of them have started to peel. I contacted Denis who initially sold us the cabinets and he agreed that it wasn’t something that should happen. Initially Denis promised the cabinets buy a certain date and when we followed up he basically said we had made it up. After going back and forth we ended up having to drive 2 hours to pick up the cabinets ourselves. After the peeling issue was brought up to him I received an answer from a Frank G. Nolze. Mr. Nolze believed, in his opinion, that peeling pain from cabinets is normal wear and tear. I have never in my life had such terrible service. I am not unrealistic to understand that there is normal wear and tear but paint peeling is not normal. I asked for another manager and was told he apparently is the head honcho over there. I will be reaching out to corporate to hopefully...

Tried to get a refund to no avail nor any apologies or concerns on a defected mirror that broke after being hung properly. The bracket came off the subpar backing causing the mirror to fall off the wall causing damage to my walls and shattered pieces of broken glass everywhere on my new floors. It was a a total mess and could have been extremely dangerous if someone was near where it happened. The girl manager with no apologies just said I could only get a mirror of the exact kind. I told her that I do not want a defected mirror and they should not be allowed to sell that mirror to anyone else because it is defected with poor quality backing. Very poor service and “integrity”. I walked out without a $59 refund and SE Salvage lost a customer that was about to spend a couple of hundred dollars or more on area rugs after my so called refund money. In my book it’s about being ethical and not how much someone or...

One of my favorite stores! They have such a wide selection of goods and it’s always changing. The furniture selection is always fun the browse and since we are currently remodeling our home it’s nice to look through the bathroom vanities, sinks, and hardware. They have an enormous area filled with tiles and and rugs, plus the lighting area is lovely to browse. We are also updating our yard and Ive been surprised with their array of garden decor, plants, and pavers. I will always come here first when starting a new project or looking for ideas. This store is fantastic!
