The manager was the RUDEST person I have EVER encountered in a management position. She was working the drive thru Monday & as soon as I pulled up her response was "HOLD ON A MINUTE." I hadn't even said a word at that point. It continued to get worse from there. She was screaming into the speaker the entire time & wound up waking my baby who was asleep in the back seat. I canceled my order, pulled to the window & asked for the manager. Turns out SHE was the manager. It is extremely sad that she is what they have as leadership. I told her that she was costing the company money & her response was " I don't care, it isn't coming out of my pocket." Well it SHOULD! How rude!!! She became upset at me because I needed to change my order & because I ordered the Krystal's with mayo instead of mustard. When she read it back to me (or YELLED it back to me) she said "No mayo, add mustard" I said "no, it's no mustard, add mayo" and she said "THAT IS WHAT I SAID" I told her that it wasn't or I wouldn't have corrected her. But, she wouldn't not accept that she had said it wrong. As long as I can remember a Krystal has never come with mayo unless you ask for it, so I did correct her when she said it that way. Read moreThis is like the 5th time the manager/GM Tonya seemed to have an attitude or was short with me. She likes to close the window on customers and walk away. I don't understand all the aggression for no reason. It's like she anticipates a bad interaction or maybe thinks small talk means customers are flirting with her. That's not the case. You shouldn't be treating customers like they are a bother to you. They are who keeps your doors open and who keeps you employed. When I came through the drive thru I was told the wrong total for my meal twice. Come to find out it was intentionally done because she argued with me that she's not supposed to tell me that there is a fee now for using your debit card that had nothing to do with Krystals. Who's reading that little sign in the window? Plus I had cash. And why wouldn't you tell me the correct total. My dad’s experience:
I’m a disable veteran senior citizen. I go to Krystal’s every morning for a year to eat breakfast. I am a diabetic who is single and depend on eating breakfast at Krystals. For a year things have been fine, however, one of the male employees was very rude and unkind to me. He tried to over charge me for the meal ( he didn’t honor the senior discount) I always order and refused to prepare the food how I asked. He even told me to never return to the location. I would like to speak to someone and report him. This was an embarrassing and unpleasant experience. I am truly upset.
