Scrolls Unlimited Gift Shop — Local services in Cheboygan

Very poor customer service. I originally ordered 6 tubes and somehow they were the wrong size which is fine - my fault. So, I ordered 6 more in a larger size and then I get a phone call stating that they were out of stock but they should arrive by the next week or I could pay the difference for a larger size tube which they could ship out immediately. Keep in mind that the tubes I ordered were not displaying as out of stock when I ordered them. So, I agreed to pay the difference originally because I wanted to get the invites sent out soon.

However, then I saw an email that I missed from Joe Derk, earlier in the day stating that they made a mistake on their website so they were applying some discount for people who bought 25 tubes to all orders and that I should not have gotten a discount but they would honor it this time. However, they would need to charge me the original price (not the sale price) for a larger size. So I responded and stated that I'd like to know how much extra I would be paying and they told me it was about $16 so I asked if I could just wait for the original size I ordered to arrive (since I was told that was an option) and was told that now suddenly, I would owe $12 more if I did that.

Needless to say, I asked to cancel the order. I don't know why they were treating me like I was some villain who was trying to take advantage of some unknown sale. Then, they asked me to write them a review about my experience...

It was his favorite gift of all and brought him so much emotions...He truly felt blessed to be a doctor and loved by his parents and family most of all! He was in awe of the scroll and its uniqueness. Your company does outstanding work!! You are a true gem as well and the whole process was professional and beautiful. I have recommended your work to all my family and hope and pray your company continues to grow and succeed as the work you all have done is testament to how special your company is - a true treasure.
