I will never come back here. I came in to get a few pieces cleaned because I have very hard water and the rust is yellowing a couple of my diamonds and white Sapphires and the red headed woman claimed you flat out cannot put sterling silver into an ultrasonic cleaner (well everything on the internet says that's a lie and the ultrasonic cleaner I just bought says that's a lie) and then very loudly exclaimed that my large Ruby ring was a fake Ruby, and it was glass while there were at least 4 other customers in the store WITHOUT even looking at it. Why did she think that it was fake? Because it's set in sterling silver and "they would NEVER set a such precious gem in silver đĽ´"... Lady I have a literal diamond ring set in sterling silver. She told my husband about my engagement ring needing two different repairs that Hogan's said it didn't need before, as well. I wanted to get a second white gold and diamond ring cleaned today but "couldn't" because because the prongs were "too worn down" to pop it in the ultrasonic cleaner... I'll take it for a second opinion and get it repaired there. Literally go...

I broke my chain which I've had a few years from my husband (who passed unexpectedly in September) and was heart broken. They took it to their jeweler in Traverse City and had it repaired quickly. Now I'm able to wear my pendant again. Thank you to...
