I called A Floral Moment by JuJu Buds a few months ago order a bouquet of flowers for my boss. Because I know nothing about flowers, I called in the day before and told Judy that I wanted something bright and it was a thank you gift, and that was about it. She told me although she would not be in the shop the next day, she would leave specific instructions for Amanda. When I arrived the next morning, the flowers exceeded all expectations. They were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Her amazing arrangements continued to be show stoppers when I received a beautiful holiday arrangement of roses at work last week from my dad. Let's just say there was extra traffic flowing by my desk as co-workers stopped by to admire them. I would recommend the A Floral Moment by JuJu Buds to anyone and will use JuJu Buds for all my floral needs...
   Read moreI am so impressed with the above and beyond of service! Now a days it is so hard to find good customer service. I showed them a picture of a corsage and they made it exact! Absolutely stunning! Because of Covid and the abundance of weddings, it is extremely hard to find mini red roses. I live in Westford and I went to two other florist shops and they didn't have the mini red roses and if they ordered them they couldn't guarantee they would get them in before the event. I called Judy and Tonya at A floral Moment went out of their way to get the flowers and made a beautiful corsage for my son's date. This is his first formal event and he loved how the corsage turned out! Thank you so much for a lovely experience! This will be the first place I will recommend to friends and will shop here...
   Read moreWish I could give this less than one star. I arranged for them to provide casket flowers for a family members funeral. I showed up at the funeral and the flowers were missing entirely. The funeral home called the florist SEVERAL times and was sent to voicemail so they left several messages. Someone from the flower shop finally called me back hours later and was rather rude. She went on and on about how their “WiFi has been bad this week”. I had to ask for my money back as they had already charged me for the flowers that I never received. Still no refund yet. They also said they couldn’t even send me flowers to make up for it because I love too far from the shop. There were no flowers at the services and we were counting on them AND I had already paid. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor...
