It pains me to give the Chelmsford Library a low review, but every time I've gone recently (basically a few times over the past year or so), their wifi has been very very spotty. Personally, this defeats a big purpose of a library for me - being able to work in a quiet environment on my laptop. I think the wifi works better upstairs, but most or all of the study tables are downstairs in the basement, again making my experience there counterproductive. I know the funds aren't always in favor of public libraries but I hope they can fix this issue with the wifi. It really is a shame, because now I have to go to cafes where I have to spend money in order to work...
