If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. Ordered furniture July 2nd was told the furniture is back ordered and won’t be available for delivery until August 25, called August 25th after receiving no communication from the store, was told August 29th, called the store on August 29th was told the furniture could not be delivered. With an immense amount of frustration went into the store. The fact that the furniture no longer being deliverable was extremely unprofessional. With many apologies, decided to give them an opportunity to rectify, ordered replacement furniture, was told the delivery would occur today the 2nd. Contacted the store, the gentlemen on the phone had me confused with another customer, I explained to him I had no issues with the furniture fitting in my home wrong customer. Ultimately was told that the furniture would be delivered on Sunday, with more empty promises. My husband will head to the store to get our money back and we will spend our hard earned money with a business whom is professional, communicates effectively. As the customer I should never have to call and find out the status of a delivery when you willingly accepted my money without hesitation. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with and I will never do business with them again nor will I suggest them to anyone. Please reconsider before spending your money with this business. There were several customers calling in and coming in to complain, while we were shopping around however, I like to experience things for myself and not judge a business off of one...

Their furniture just got delivered and we may have to ask them to pick it back up. The chemical smell has overwhelmed us all and we can’t even be in the same room as the furniture. What the heck is that?!?! Brand new couch and love seat smell disgusting. Even from outside the smell is too strong to stomach. When I called to inform them they left me on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. When they spoke to my wife they told her they would only help us if we took this review down. They never mentioned this smell was a possibility. And now they want to try and withhold their help until we take the review down. I have never seen anything like this. Probably just going to throw their garbage furniture away and look for an honest company. Update: Amir has called my wife cursing her out for leaving a bad review. Really disappointing. Went in store for living room furniture and was greeted and helped quickly by associates. Everything went fine when we confirmed our order in store, providing our address for delivery and confirming a two week estimated time for delivery. Three weeks go by and we need received a call for an update, tried calling the store and never could speak with someone; finally spoke to the "assistant manager" who said that our address wasn't entered into the system but they have our order (sooo if we never called we wouldn't had recieved our paid furniture???). Then proceed to say furniture will be delivered the next day in the morning by 11 AM.
