Jaisohn Medical Center — Local services in Philadelphia

The place is awful. Customer service is bad, the front office people are not friendly at all. They think very highly of themselves so they end up treating everyone very poorly. They do not know how to do their jobs correctly (they made an insurance claim mistakes 4 different times with me) and they make you wait in the office for hours, appointment or not. The only good thing at this place is Dr. Won Kim who is very friendly, knows how to talk to clients but other than that, there is absolutely no bright spots...

The front desk receptionist is very rude. My mom was making an appointment over the phone and the way the receptionist was talking to her made her feel so uncomfortable the entire time. This is just terrible i made 3 appointments with this place and I’ve been coming here for more than 7 years and it has never been like this... i had to reschedule my appointment 3 times and the office people were acting as if i never scheduled a appointment there and im giving them my name address insurance inc... this is a horrible place and if u never been here...
