11/1/24: I paid $53 for 3 wing platters I thought included ranch dressing and celery. The celery was missing so I called back. I was very abruptly told it doesn’t come with celery.I gave benefit of doubt I may have misunderstood, but there was no reason for the rude hang up which followed. I called back, told the same person who previously answered the phone there was no need for the disrespectful hangup.I also paid an extra $2 for “flats” to find several drumsticks. I dared not call back about that error. I will no longer patronize Siblings and will advise others who ask me about the business to go elsewhere as well. Food service goes hand in hand with politeness and good attitude. These qualities were no where to be found with my experience. Been following for awhile this place has potential, got the fish rice, salmon shrimp Alfredo and jerk chicken egg rolls was told 66$ paid with card came to 69$ but was charged 72$ anywho WAY to high for the food and don’t get me wrong ill pay for good food, first the jerk chicken egg roll had nothing jerk about it, the fish rice, fish was good but damn so much sauce all over the Rice made it soggy and way too sweet should put the sauce on the fish and not the rice, Alfredo was ok salmon was good shrimp nice size but the pasta way to cooked very soggy, this was a let down fr fr, had high hopes for this place. My wife and I were pondering where to eat after a meeting. She remembered reading a review about Siblings Cafe. We headed straight there hoping and praying we would not regret it. Wow we wholeheartedly enjoyed the food the vibe and the space. We both ordered the fried whiting. The fish was fresh and well seasoned. The sides were delicious. I had the cabbage and yams. Well seasoned. I honestly do like my yams less sweet, although I did enjoy. My wife had Mac and cheese and yams. The mac reminded me of my mom's. That's a good thing.
