Diamond Beauty and Boutique — Local services in Cheney

Initially I was very excited to have found this boutique in Cheney. I have had my hair permed for many years now , usually every 8 to 9 months. At past boutiques I have not had any issues with a perm but only once at which they were very gracious at repairing it with no cost. I got my perm at Diamond boutique only to have it fall out very flat on the top after 2 weeks. Due to a family emergency and my father passing away I was not able to come in within their policy window to get the perm corrected. I finally did contact them after 3 weeks and was told that their policy was to come in within one week of receiving the perm. I paid $130 for this perm and they wanted to charge me to pay half price 65 to correct it. The owner was most concerned about having to open product and throw part of it away. Diamond boutique is expensive but I was willing to pay the initial price to have a nice perm, but not $200 to have them correct something that was not done professionally to my hair. I would not go here again knowing that If there is something done incorrectly with their perm technique, quality of product to which my perm does not last more than 2 weeks and they are not willing to correct it without...

All the girls are phenomenal!! I have nothing but good things to say about Sammi especially, but everyone is welcoming and nice. The biggest thing for me is not even that Sammi was able to nail exactly what I had hoped for with my hair, she took care of my kiddo.

My 4 year old hates hates hates!!!! Hair cuts. Has always gotten overwhelmed, and turns into a meltdown. Sammi took her time, interacted with him and treated him as a real person, and not just another head to trim. From the moment we walked in, she spoke to him (me too of course) but made the experience about what he wanted. She never once made him feel rushed or bad for moving and talking. He was the most relaxed I had ever seen.

If you are debating about trying Diamond Beauty and Boutique, my advice, GO!!! I will forever recommend them to...

Michaela was amazing with my daughter!!! She has always felt very nervous with haircuts. The sensory experience, the uncertainty of if she'll like the cut, the social dynamics.... it's all makes her nervous. But I've heard amazing things about Michaela and so did my daughter from her friend. So, we thought we'd give it a try! Michaela made my daughter feel so relaxed and at ease!! She checked in throughout the cut to make sure she was happy with what was being done and was so supportive about it being okay for my kiddo to tell her if she didn't like something!
