My four adult daughters(29, 28, 27, 26 yrs) and I (51yrs) attended Shawn Bell's Self Defense Class today, 3-17-2018. (And 3 grandchildren who watched: 6 yrs, 3 yrs, 5 months: in a walker - his wife, Jennifer and daughter helped with the kids. They are wonderful!) We had a GREAT time, learned a lot, laughed a lot, and hated we only got to work with him for 2 hours as he had another class following ours! We hope Shawn offers another class soon!!! We drove from Charlotte, Indian Trail, and Monroe, NC for Shawn's class ...well worth it! Wish we all lived closer so we could join one of his...
