Well we have had a terrible experience with this jewelry store. We bought our wedding rings and the engagement ring. We also bought a watch and a pair of earrings to match my wedding ring and engagement ring. Our experienced in the beginning was wonderful. After our wedding and honeymoon cruz when we came home my husband's watch came apart and then my earrings snapped in half. We took the watch back and Mr Berman graciously repaired it and we were told to bring the earnings and now we're being told by Debra that the earrings are unreparable and that she will give us 50 percent off of another pair. They were bought on Valentine's Day. I also paid to have my wedding ring and my engagement ring put together as one and that came loose. Now Debra did send me back the $90 that I was charged after purchasing them there to put them together. It is turned out to be an absolute nightmare and of course my fairy tale is over!! I would not send anything never mind a person back to that location. I can't speak for the dad but the daughter it's not honorable nor fair. I had an amazing experience at Berman. Debra is very friendly & knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and easy. My fiance and I were really impressed by the "build a ring" kit that they have which allows you to put on a magnetic ring and stick different sizes/cuts of stones on it to see what they look like on your finger. I really appreciated this kit because it wasn't something that was offered at other Jewelers we visited and it made the ring selection process much easier. Besides the kit though, everyone was extremely friendly, answered all of our questions, and took the time to listen and help us find what we were looking for. Great coffee as well!...
