I was very disappointed in the service and food presentation. Burrito was poorly wrapped and they didn't seal the side of queso completely so it spilled in the bag and all over the chips. Both of the folks making my food were not friendly. The first one wasn't knowledgable about the menu and the second one didn't make eye contact or even respond once to anything I said. She had a very rude disposition and the person I was with agreed. I wish I got names but will be sure to if I ever go again. Very disappointed in the new workers they hired. Gets 3 stars only because the food is great...when prepared right.

Ordered two burritos. One birria and one shrimp. Where was the meat?! Both barely had any meat. It was the saddest looking tiniest burrito I’ve ever had. Mostly rice and beans. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. Chipotle across the street is a better option.

First time at a Qdoba in a long time and really enjoyed. Had the brisket bowl and the combination of rice, beans, brisket, vegetables and various additions was very tasty with a little spiciness! Will definitely return.

So I had to change my review from 3 star's to 1 especially after tonight AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING I came here tonight I got two bowls one for me one for my boyfriend we went through everything went to go pay and was wondering why it came the $30.00 I knew that wasn't right because I came here a few times and it was never that much for two bowls so I asked the woman who was helping us why it's so much and how much are the bowls a piece she said 15.00 I'm thinking to myself that is not correct it should only be 10 something so I asked her what else was I charge for she lied and said I asked for extra me on both bowls which I did not I never get extra meat anytime I come here so we're going back and forth as I'm saying I did not order extra meat so she calls the rude gentleman over that I had an issue with last time with his attitude who he charged my sister last time extra meat when she didn't ask for it...so he came over and she's telling him I said extra meat and as I'm explaining to him I did not ask for extra meat I never get extra meat instead of them making the situation correct and paying customers happy and taking off the charge that the lady put on there herself because she clearly doesn't understand English being in America... he slams the other bowls to the side and made us wait like they didn't want to help us because of their mess up.. he started making new ones with an attitude so not only did they waste the two original bowls they started making others and I left you guys need to hire better respectful employees who actually understand English and aren't disrespectful and try to overcharge people because they think they hear stuff people never ask for... so RIGHT TO CHIPOTLE I WENT ACROSS THE STREET... NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN the customer service is poor and employees at night specifically the guy Adrian and the lady who doesn't wear a name tag.... don't go here terrible portions terrible customer service and they try to add things on your bill you did not ask for and they think it's funny.... very pitiful They do this at night on purpose so they can take home all the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Qdoba and had an outstanding experience, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager John. What made this visit truly remarkable was John's exceptional attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring that our dining experience was not only delicious but also safe for my gluten-free/celiac family.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, it was clear that John above and beyond to make sure that our food was prepared and handled with the utmost care. His knowledge of gluten-free and celiac dietary requirements was truly impressive. He understood the importance of avoiding cross-contamination and made every effort to accommodate our needs.

One thing that stood out was John's proactive approach. Food items were brought from the back of the kitchen to minimize any potential cross-contamination from the front food preparation area. This level of diligence and dedication to our safety was greatly appreciated.

Not only did John provide us with a safe dining experience, but he also did it with a warm and friendly demeanor. He patiently answered our questions and made us feel valued as customers. It's not every day that you come across an assistant manager who takes such pride in their work and who genuinely cares about the well-being of their customers.

Assistant Manager John understanding of cross-contamination, dedication to trying to provide a safe dining experience for our gluten-free/celiac family, and his friendly and attentive attitude made our visit a memorable one. We left the restaurant not only with satisfied taste buds but also with a deep appreciation for the outstanding service we received. Thank you, John, for going the extra mile to ensure our meal was not only delicious but also safe! We will definitely be returning to Qdoba, knowing that such a dedicated and knowledgeable staff member is there to look...

We walked in on a Sunday afternoon 9/1/24, to find one employee working by herself. This lady was working hard with such a positive attitude that our hearts went out to her. She had to do online orders, do the prep work cook, ring up sales and of course make everyone’s plate who showed up. She changed gloves frequently as she switched from ringing up sales to packing orders to filling orders. I don’t know how she did all that was needed but she did with a smile. If I owned a business I would hire her away from Qdoba and make her a manager. We enjoy Qdoba frequently in North Jersey but they always had at least 3 employees and usually 5. How was she working by herself? When did she have time for a break? She was and is very competent. The place was clean (and comfortable with excellent seating) so somehow she was cleaning too. If you are the owner reading this I hope you are very generous with her for representing you so well. Perhaps then your other employees will not call out and hope to see your magnanimous nature bestowed on them. Hopefully it’s not just the bottom line for you. This lady was giving of her life energy, I’ve been in that situation, I was stressed. Please reward her more than we...
