If I could leave 0 stars I would. My wife went to browse on Tuesday and finally found an armoire that fit our house and budget. There was a tag that stated that the piece was being held til 4/26, the day prior. She inquired if she'd be able to purchase it since it was now 4/27. She was told that they extended the hold date for another two days since the customer was coming from out of state to purchase the item. Mind you the company's policy for holding an unpaid item is 2 hours. We went back there today to see if the item was still available, it wasn't. But the same item, only broken, which was being discounted at the same interval had been discounted earlier that day.
