I honestly use to love going here and would order the same item every time. Even with all the hiccups the restaurant had upon opening I still remain coming in and giving them a chance due to having great service. That was up until today I ordered via UberEats and detailed notes about my order which were not followed at all. When I called the store, the response I received they didn’t receive any notes and would call me back. Still no call back. Welp, this is my last order from them. I’m big on service you can mess up a hundred times but it’s all about your response and how you handle your customers that’s what keeps them coming back! If you’re looking for a quick healthy affordable meal in the cherry hill area, trust me this is your new go to spot! Don’t be fooled by the name Salad House - in addition to their delicious salads, they have so much more to offer - appetizers, wraps, grain bowls, sides. Not to mention, an assortment of at least 10 different sauces!!! I got the fried cauliflower bites, truffle fries, and falafel wrap. The cauliflower bites were so crispy and fresh, must try with the Thai chili sauce. The truffle fries were just how I like it - moderately thick, crispy on the outside, soft and steamy on the inside, with the perrrrfect amount of truffle, not too overwhelming but enough to savor the taste. Not being able to leave the office much while at work, I'm always looking for quick, reliable, and healthy lunch delivery options in the area and Salad House is the new best in town. I ordered in advance with a selected time slot and the driver arrived exactly on time and the food was great. I had several special requests in the notes and multiple modifications to the base salad and the order came out perfect. If you plan to order delivery, be sure to download the Salad House app for great rewards and it is MUCH cheaper to order on there as opposed to Grubhub, Doordash, etc.

I tried the Buffalo Jack Salad (with added avocado and frizzled onions) and was blown away at the portion size of the chicken and salad in general.
