I am sorry I don’t have pictures to share but I have to say that I just brought home a “refurbished” Apple product - Thunderbolt Display - it is in immaculate condition - anywhere else would have easily been twice the price :) This display is so many many years after it’s prime introduction but is as thought it was just shipped from Apple yesterday . Not one scratch not one dent and all cables perfect .

He communicated with me several times - made sure the product was available/ arranged it to be ready and even allowed me to pick it up vs needless shipping ( as I am close to one of their centers ) . 10/10 Customer Service. I unfortunately had some issues of my own making with the drives. I reached out to customer service and they immediately replaced my drives. Dan went above and beyond to do right by me. My replacement drive was in excellent condition and worked great. Well packed and fast shipping. I would definitely buy from them again just because of how easy and pleasant customer service was...
