I recommend Aldi every time Iām in Whole Foods or Harris Teeter, even Wegmens and I overhear a conversation between friends/partners etcā¦. Iām compelled to step in and tell them to go check out Aldi. Iāve gotten a lot of immediate looks of superiority, offense, and my favoriteā¦..āweāre not that broke!ā Hmmm⦠ok, Iāll save my money shopping there for ALL organic, vegan and specialty items catering to anyone and everyone. Their prices for organic produce for example are a fraction of the cost of non-organic produce from other grocery chains. Please read again!! What you feed your children MATTER more than most parents realize today!!! Itās at the top of the list. You get to succeed on both fronts going to Aldi!! Itās a first must stop every other day!! Then if we have to go spend triple the amount on the same product except itās pure poison youāre paying triple the amount to feed your children. If you donāt see the glaring problem with this system setting us as parents up to fail our kids starting early, often, and in most cases irrevocably programming them to emulate what they know. It all carries on! And on! Be the change for them and thank GOD everyday for a chain store like Aldi available to us, so we (whole society) can fuel their body and minds. Not addict it to sugar, fast food, and can after can of soda. ALDI KEEP IT UP!!! We come every single day, if not we never miss 2...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will no longer be visiting this establishment after the cashier on duty legitimately dumped my groceries on to the conveyor belt resulting in my groceries to be mashed and broken.
I have a 10month old and checking out can be a bit difficult with a baby, so I bag my groceries as I go and then the cashier usually just scans them in he bags and Iām good to go, that way I can avoid switching carts while trying to pay and handle my baby. Itās never been an issue in the past and Iāve never been told that it was incorrect or an inconvenience especially since I have a baby.
Now however I have $80 of broken mushed groceries from the rudeness of the cashier on duty, along with being completely humiliated in front of other paying customers.
You have completely lost my business and I will not be returning. I worked in customer service for 10years and have not only been a department manager but a store manager and if I ever had one of my employees act this rude towards a paying customer let alone a woman with a baby they would be immediately suspended if not let go. If this is Aldis result from their employee training then i strongly suggest a new training method is in put in place. This was a completely unnecessary, rude and down right...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish this store would pay more attention to properly rotating their food items. I brought lunch meat (uncured ham) for my daughterās lunches on the 2nd & took it home only to realize I couldnāt use it cause it expired Dec 29. I took it back to exchange it the next day & the lady at the register who was real short with me said I could exchange it. I went to grab another & realized after going through the display that there was at least 4 more expired lunch meats that expired the same day on the 29th. So I brought them all to the front to bring it to their attention & all the cashier said was āokā & took them from me. Not a care in the world that the store is selling expired meat that could potentially cause food poisoning to its customers. Iām very disappointed by this. Rotation is important & you should not be selling expired food. & the nonchalant attitude. I gave a 2 star rating because I normally shop at this store with no problem up until this....
