So this is kind of a tough review. Where do I start the beef was the best tasting meat out of it all the Angus steak comes in at second but I did have a problem with the beef because majority of it was muscle or fat something that was really chewy and I had to keep spitting those parts out. Also wasn't a fan of the fried fish balls or the chicken breasts, I did like the chicken thighs instead & fresh veggies loved that. flavoring your food that's up to the individual. they give you the skeleton, it's our job to provide the creativity but as we learned today if you mess up your base they are more than happy to give you another soup. Atmosphere is different they have a serving robot that plays Annoying music lol and a conveyer belt that serves items and I loved that! Or the place was clean it was aesthetically pleasing staff helped us out they were friendly. Bathrooms we're also clean and there's mouthwash. Parking is not terrible even when they get busy for dinner. of course we were there between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. three adult meals came out to $102 with the purchase of two drinks after about $13 in taxes the total came out to $116

A great place if you're into hot pot, which is basically where you choose various ingredients like meats, leaf vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and seafood to cook yourself tableside in a simmering broth. If you're familiar with fondue, it's the same concept except instead of cheese it's soup that you're dipping your ingredients into. If the concept of cooking food yourself is a turn-off, that's understandable and it's your choice to miss out on understanding the aspect of conviviality and why communal eating culture is important to a billion-plus Asians. That aside, there are plenty of ingredients to choose from as well as the soup bases. Ordering is done on a tablet and some of the ingredients even come by on a conveyor belt beside your table. They serve individual pots vs the one big communal pot some hot pot restaurants have. Everything ingredient is fresh and delicious. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended.

It was our first time so we were kind of lost, but Kelly, I believe her name was - the owner's daughter, was so incredibly helpful, kind, patient and so very welcoming! This wasn't just a meal, it was such a fun experience too! Very high quality, fresh ingredients. Such a clean and inviting dining roomvand modern setting with IPad ordering and robot table service. Such a fun vibe with a blend of amazing attentive service and contemporary meets technology. 10/10! We will definitely be back! Oh and the best part was accidentally stumbling into the all-you-can-eat can eat for $34.99 per person for dinner starting at 4PM! Best Date in a long time! 💯

I WISH i could leave a good review. The staff was very quiet, maybe had 2 interactions from them seating us; mind you all that was said have you been to hot pot before which we told the guy we have been to one before and he just let told us we will order on the tablet and it will come out and directed us towards the sauces. We then ordered are own food and they brought it out; no instructions or letting us know more was coming. We were missing some of our initial items being brought out but we didn’t say anything just ordered more so we could receive it. We got our food and cooked it, someone came over once to clear the ingredient bowls and I asked if my chicken was cooked and he said yes 1-2 minutes. A different person came by and asked if i needed a refill. We had no actual server. At the end we even discussed coming back. We did not tip because there was no actual interaction. This hot pot is not a full service restraunt you cooked and order your own food and sauces. No one speaks to you. We did have two toddlers with us who ate rice, they aren’t the cleanest eaters so they did drop some and some was on the table and other than that it was plates. We get up to leave and someone stops us at the door and asks if we left our server a tip and we said no and he walked away. We then left and as we walked away i looked through the window and the server had the most stank look and threw a napkin at our table. I went back in to speak with a manager and he said he was, his name was Li. He was immediately hostile and said we left a huge mess and didn’t tip our server. I asked who our server was because we had different people and he said the two of us and then we went back and fourth about the service provided and I said I will tip the other guy but your attitude is atrocious and he said he will make sure the other guy gets all the tip. My total was 44.40, I handed him a $5 bill and he looked at it and gave it back to me and said he will tip the server himself. 20% is 8.80. I won’t tip what I would tip someone at a full service restaurant for simply asking if i needed a refill one time. Customer service is unfortunately the reason we will not be returning. I did apologize for the rice the toddler dropped but you should provide tip worthy service. I do apologize to the other server as the manager did stop me from leaving you a tip in the end. I want to add the manager refused to give me information to speak to a higher up individual who could assist with...

Good food, good choices. Has its own sauce bar in which you can choose your own sauces. You order on an iPad to sum it your order. I felt like I was in 2124 rather than 2024 because there's this robot server that roams around to bring you your food. The human staff is very friendly and explained to the first-timers with us what hit por was and how to order. There were a few things I didn't like, however-- the food didn't come with serving utensils or tongs, which would have been helpful considering we have two people with seafood allergies in our party. There are tongs at the sauce bar, but I didn't discover this until we were leaving. They also served the meat next to the seafood, which we had specifically ordered for those who had the allergies, but they couldn't eat that, so we had to order a seperate chicken platter for them (my suggestion is for seafood to come on its own platter). I also didn't like that pork came in the miso broth. I've never eaten miso soup with meat in it. Considering this is a place where you put your own ingredients in, meat should not come in the broths, unless it is a meat-based broth (like chicken soup). I've never had a miso soup with meat in it. And there wasn't a vegetarian option for the miso soup either. I couldn't taste the pork in it, but many vegetarians like miso soup, so there should be a vegetarian option for the miso soup. Also, you cannot take home anything you don't finish and neither of us ordered more than we could eat. I ate almost all the ingredients that I cooked, but wanted to take the broth home so I could eat it for lunch the next day. For that reason, I will not be back, which is a shame because I really liked this place. I've been to other hot pot restaurants where you Can take...
