I would love to give this business zero stars but not an option. Let’s start with the first red flag that should have made me turn around and get out of there ASAP. This business does not take credit cards or debit cards they prefer cash or transfer from account to account as I am Military and the owner had Navy federal this was not to complicated. From there it gets worst my suggestions is do not make my mistake and pay upfront. The service was horrible they put your car in the bay where someone most be chain smoking a pack of cigarettes an hour because your vehicle will reek of cigarettes for at least a week this after you wash it a few times also the the technician i use this word loosely is not confident in his work and constantly phones a friend for directions lastly they will take on any job but be aware they will not take on the liability as prof they burned my 700 dollar amp and said since the equipment was used they are not at fault and wanted me to pay them full price for one of there amps. Let’s just say I was taken advantage of by this “business” and hope all my fellow service members as well as people who do not want to be taken advantage of stay away from Autosound...

Long story short, this place is amazing, it’s a small locally owned business. The owners name is Eric who has been in this line of business of 27 years, definitely a veteran in the car world. My car speakers had been going in and out, so I looked up shops in the area and this place popped up and so I went to check it out and glad I did. This guy does excellent work. I explained my issues to him that I was having and he already knew the size of my speakers and what needed to be done just based of the information I gave him. He was able to install brand new speakers in my vehicle in just an hour and now my sound system sounds amazing. If you’re looking for a new system, remote start, radio, etc. I would recommend this shop. 10/10. The prices are affordable and well worth it. It was nobody but God who sent me to this business. I bought a radio last night for my Ford Expedition at Best Buy and I was looking for someone to install it. Best Buy installation prices were high so I just happened to go on Google and autosounds and accessories popped up. I never knew this place existed and let alone being open on Sunday. I called the owner Eric and I told him what I had. I went there to get an estimate and the price was great and very fair. I went home to get the necessary funds and I went back.
